Cons:

Very dirty room in checkin; and overall cleaning was poor.
2dollar per egg in breakfast; never heard of that. 2 dollar for bottle of water in room, 2 dollar for any type of coffee in breakfast.

You need appointment to go to the pool and they allow outsiders to go to the pool
No shuttle from and to the airport.
Breakfast is not free and when you buy it the catering plates are empty and the just is running out and if you want a cappuccino it is extra money.
There was a long line for breakfast
