Pros:

Clean and beautiful hotel . Beds are comfortable. Good size of room .

Cons:

Staff at the reception were grumpy. Not very well comming . Like you seen a ghost. No smile what so ever. We got 2 bedroom suites, and shampoo and moisture bottles were empty. They overcharged my bill. Luckily, i checked. However, they refunded.

Excellent stay .
Pros:

Huge spacious suite . Very clean . Loved the lobby restaurant . Excellent food . Breakfast was amazing and service . Loved the view from the elevator .

Cons:

Was not crazy about the pool and hot tub area felt old and outdated .

The quality of the breakfast and restaurant. Very bad WiFi connection - especially for a Conference hotel.
I had to ask for slippers which u felt should have been provided as u was staying 5 night

To sum up , the hotel was great
Pros:

Good location, delicious food and drinks at the bar/restaurant, clean rooms, and comfortable mattresses.

Cons:

There was noisy with some kind of music instruments in the hallway at night. I think guests should be reminded at check-in to keep the noise down. Also, the check-in process was quite long because there was a line and only one girl working at the front desk.
