Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews repeatedly mention clean rooms and a very clean property; one guest did note no housekeeping during a 3-night stay.
Service
8.6
Many guests praised friendly, attentive staff and prompt shuttle service, but several reports criticize front desk behavior (distracted, unhelpful or rude) in isolated incidents.
Location
9.8
Consistently described as ideal for airport access (close to PDX) with convenient shuttle — a frequent reason for stays.
Room Quality
9
Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable; some notes that the property is aging and a few beds felt a bit soft.
Amenities
9
Strong amenities include a reliable airport shuttle, well-stocked breakfast buffet, reception drinks and an on-site restaurant; limited kids' activities and a paid parking fee were noted.
Value for Money
8.4
Generally good value due to included breakfast and shuttle, but a $20/night parking charge and occasional dining understaffing reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast buffet is frequently praised as excellent and the restaurant receives positive mentions, though one review cited understaffing in dining at times.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive — many guests recommend the property for pre‑flight stays and enjoyable visits, with isolated issues (noise, front desk interactions) noted.
