A very bad example of a Hilton hotel!
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the food was good.

Cons:

The swimming pool was out of order as was the ice machine on our level. The tv only had a few channels and the air conditioning was not working well. All in all I was super disappointed.

First time staying at an Embassy suites we expected more and we’re very disappointed.

Cons:

When we arrived in our room and there was a dirty washcloth on the floor so we put it outside in the hallway. Next morning housekeeping had placed it on our door handle to the room when they walked by to clean an adjacent room. The pool was closed during a heatwave in our area and they only had one working elevator for everyone to use. Very disappointing stay.

Everything was exceptional, except the broken air conditioner.

The property was visually stunning, especially for the price point!

Cons:

The air conditioning was broken in a few of our rooms and it felt as if the staff did little toe fix the issue.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, the gentleman cooking the omlets was very friendly and funny.

Cons:

Your front desk staff did not bother to inform us that there was a per day parking charge.
We requested an accessible bathroom and apparently your idea of accessible is a grab bar in the shower.
