It's in a beautiful area by itself. Easy to get to. Very clean and very friendly and knowable staff in all areas including front desk, Waterside and The Connors!!! From checking in, using both onsite restaurants and Starbucks, the staff were awesome. David, the van shuttle driver, was great! It was very busy but no one seemed upset or had issues waiting. The pools were well maintained.
It's just looking old and dated in some areas. Our room looked updated but inside bathroom door still looked a lil battered. Def the restaurants need some Old English to freshen up all the wood. Wouldn't take much. The Connors outside deck light pillars need updating. Nothing major, just cleaned up.
Location
Pool view is shabby

We went to the traven restaurant and we waited over 2 hours for food. The server was amazing but she was also the bartender we tried to go Saturday and literally walked around in a circle and no one even acknowledged our existence
Staff nice
Uncoordinated and not well kept
2nd time staying here...loved the atmosphere and location.
It was very clean and the staff was great!
The indoor pool closes at 10 pm.
It was quiet and a good place to just come and relax
Having to pay $170 security deposit for each room and I had 4 rooms

Mold not clean somebody’s toe nails in the carpet dirty towels really feel I need a refund because I booked month ahead and didn’t get to check in till almost 5 something just to have a room that was barely cleaned but couldn’t find anther hotel at the moment for a decent rating
I don't have any complaints about our room. The beds were nice. Everything was clean. The views were amazing. I loved the trails. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. There are also multiple pool areas with different depts. My toddler really enjoyed the smaller shallow pool.
Some parts of the hotel were needing repair. Our elevator had a missing/ broken and taped over button. The chess pieces for outdoor chess were broken. The indoor hot tub was very low on water. Breakfast was subpar. The coffee shop was limited and overpriced. The restaurants were also expensive with limited hours and the food was average at best. I would have loved more food options. I heard they had a breakfast buffet at one time, and that would have been preferred even if it wasn't complementary. Needling to leave the resort for food was not my favorite part of our stay. I hated paying for parking.
