Important information:

From June to September, guests have free access to the Hotel's Beach Club, at Alvor Beach, with beach towels, sunbeds and sunshades.

From June to September, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that transports guests to and from Alvor beach.

Children aged 3 to 12 years are offered free entrance to the Children's Club, whilst a fee is charged for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

Please note that use of the hotel’s beach concession will incur an additional charge.

Payment Information

For individual reservations:
Credit card and identification documents will always be requested upon check-in as a guarantee. Clients that are not credit card holders will have to leave a 25% deposit.

For group reservations:
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, payment conditions are as follows:
- 10% payment of the total reservation cost must be made to the hotel at the time of booking;

- The remaining 90% must be paid 7 days prior to the groups' arrival.

The hotel has a specific group (+10 rooms) cancellation policy, that will be informed at time of booking.

Clients departing prior to booked departure date will be charged the complete stay.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel was clean, the pool and pool facilities were excellent, catering at the pool was poor, pool catering staff struggled with small orders p

Cons:

We were a party of 11 people and we only ate in the hotel on 1 night out of 7 and I am afraid to say it was the worst meal off our holiday, hotel struggled to cater for our group and we even had to order our food 24hrs in advance.

Asked 3 times for toilet rolls from reception...Had to go looking off cleaner s eventually....booked meal in restaurant for 11 people Had to write down what we wanted night before ,.ridiculous .

Gostei muito do pequeno almoço e do conforto do quarto.

Cons:

Só tive o quarto disponível às 17h e o check in poderia ser feito a partir das 15h. Isto fez com que tivesse que esperar 2 horas no hall de entrada do hotel. Não houve o cuidado de compensar de alguma forma.
Há um certo descuido da forma como os empregados falam uns com os outros em frente aos hóspedes. Entendo que a maior parte dos hospedes sejam estrangeiros e não vão entender mas estamos em Portugal e os portugueses entedem.
Ouvi as empregadas da limpeza à porta do meu quarto a falar mal de mim.

Luxueus hotel
Pros:

Mooi zwembad en alle plek altijd, parking altijd voor de deur, mekker ontbijt en gratis shuttle nar strand met daar ook gratis handdoeken ter plekke eveneens aan het zwembad, supermooie en luxe badkamer

Cons:

Lawaai van optrekkende motoren van de straat, als je aan de voorkant slaapt, ook is de schuifdeur totaal niet goed geïsoleerd dus de straat die toch 200m verder ligt hoor je supergoed. Ook een soort machine die soms vaak aan en afslaat ergens in het gebouw.
De algemene info moet je van tv hebben, geen papieren info over alles beschikbaar in de kamer, wel wat lastig en ook de smarttv kon ik niet met de gsm's koppelen spijtig genoeg, ook wel kleine kamer maar wel mooi.

El campo de golf y el desayuno

Cons:

La sábanas y las toallas estaban manchadas de rojo y azul y desde la recepción no nos dieron solución solo pidieron disculpas
