I would not give this hotel a 5 star rating. They did not welcome us at the reception properly. They simply gave us keys without giving any information about the hotel. A reasonable breakfast. I would have expected not to stand in line for an omelette and that it would come to my table. They did not approve a late check-out. We had to shower before the flight in the spa and it was inconvenient because the flight was late. The location is far away. You need a car nearby. For the price of this hotel, I would have expected better value. I do not recommend it. It is better to find another hotel.

Cons:

הייתה ממש רוח והיה רעש ממש חזק של רוחות שלא משנה שהכל היה סגור שמעו ממש שריקות מהמסדרון היינו בחדר האחרון ליד דלת חירום וזה היה קצת מעצבן

Pros:

Zachęcona dobrymi ocenami pod względem wyjazdu z dzieckiem wybraliśmy ten hotel. Nic bardziej mylnego! To obłęd nie wart czasu.

Cons:

Wszystko mi się nie podobało. Brak nowoczesnych udogodnień dla dzieci. Basen z podgrzewaną wodą w środku czynny od 12:00 - 18:00 (dodam że dziecko śpi od 12:00-15:00) później musi zjeść więc zanim wyszliśmy na basen to nie wiele czasu zostało.
Plac zabaw otwarty od 12:00 - 18:00 - to nie jest normalne! Co do tej godziny robić z dzieckiem? Panie z sali zabaw ani razu nie wyszły na dwór pobawić się z dziećmi! Siedziały w swoim „biurze” udawały, że pracują. Do wewnętrznego placu zabaw rodzice mają ZABRONIONY WSTĘP! Nie do pomyślenia. Co to są za reguły? Kto je wymyślił? Dzieci do lat 3ech miały jeść za darmo. Jednak nam zawsze kasowali pieniądze za jedzenie!

Najgorsze jednak to Nammos. Czegoś takiego nigdy nie słyszałam, muzyka tak głośno grała że będąc w zamkniętym pokoju na drzemce czuliśmy się tak jak w środku imprezy!
Straszni ludzie smród zielonych papierosów i innych używek! Wstyd! Niech ktoś się zdecyduje ale impreza albo dzieci!

I really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the fresh-pressed juices. The spa is excellent, with a great variety of seawater pools. They also have a shisha lounge on-site, which was a nice bonus.

Cons:

However, there were a couple of downsides: you have to book the kids' club way in advance, otherwise, there are no spots left. Also, there is no heated outdoor pool, which would have been great
