Great hotel, Friendly staff, Good Location, Great Breakfast
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Clean and tidy hotel that is well managed. Nice rooms with a superb breakfast. Value for your money too

Convenient for Halton drop off, but wouldn’t stay longer.
Pros:

Location was good - rooms were a good size. Breakfast was better than most.

Rooms were quite noisy - could hear everything going on next door…all night.

Pros:

Everything. Staff were helpfull and polite and place was very well presented

Cons:

Not enough bubblies in hot tub and some tiles were missing.very sharp on bottom. Could have done with more Tea bags in room.

Great hotel
Pros:

Friendly reception staff when we checked in very helpful.
Everytime we went pass reception they acknowledged us. Breakfast staff also friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom. Very clean throughout.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

30 minute drive from Bicester village and had great amenities included at a great price. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool/sauna/jacuzzi and gym. Over all a great stay.

Cons:

There was no lift so for those who have issues with stairs please make the staff aware so you can be placed in a room on the ground floor. It wasn’t an issue with us but something to bear in mind.

Good stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast was warm and a good choice to suit everyone

Cons:

Keep a better eye on the guests drinking in the bar area with a few guest watching a rangers match played on 9/9/26 using their phone being very loud and using bad languagee.g(Catholic bastards). These three guest also were watching for other guest leaving the bar area leaving behind half full pints that they then lifted and drink themselves.

Comfy hotel, great breakfast, lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, the hotel itself bright and spacious, and I liked the large enclosed courtyard. Great choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Service was very slow (15-minute queue to check in, and long wait for dinner), seemingly owing to lack of staff. I'd have liked a little pack of biscuits in the room (to have with the supplied coffee). Hotel car parking is expensive - £7.50 per day.
