Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel! I booked this a second time after I enjoyed my first stay here for my birthday in may I then decided to book again for my boyfriends birthday and it was absolutely brilliant just as expected! We stayed 2 nights this time. We will definitely be back soon!

We love how welcoming and friendly all the staff are that we've met. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room key upon checking in and ended up in a room that already had someone in but it was really quickly sorted out! We were then given a voucher for a free drink or snack which I thought was very kind, I believe it to be the same man also gave my boyfriend one too as a kind gesture because it was my boyfriends birthday!
Valkaire I believe her name is? The Ukrainian lady. She is honestly the loveliest person we've ever met, she's so kind, very easy to talk to and just goes above and beyond.
The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious! We had a view of the seating area this time which I thought was nice.

Cons:

The bath is very hard to get out of with it being so steep, it's very slippery!

The noise in the corridor was really bad in the early hours of Friday morning. I was woken up at 2am by 2 people shouting outside our room door and then continuous slamming of doors for about 10 minutes!
The noise is literally the only problem! Everything else is perfect nothing can be faulted at all. I just wish people staying in the rooms had a bit of respect for the other people around them in the other rooms.

Breakfast was great

Cons:

We were travelling with a one year old baby and I had indicated this while booking the room. They had prepared a sofa bed for the baby instead of a travel cot and the receptionist suggested that this would be OK which seemed really strange to me. We did have our own travel cot with us, so I didn't ask them to provide one for us at that point.
Also, the receptionist did not take time to provide info on facilities etc - just gave a sheet of paper with the hotel information. It just seemed rushed and not welcomed.
The room smelled bad and the sofa side table was dirty.
Seems quite ridiculous to have a paid parking at this location.

Pros:

The young Ukranian girl behind the desk (sorry I don't recall her name) was fantastic. Super helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and she is a credit to the organisation.

Cons:

Apart from the location everything was as expected. We have stayed previously and had rebooked as we liked the hotel so much, especially the leisure facilities.
