Big special mention to the gorgeous concierge guy who was just absolutely fantastic with my husband and I, and also our guests.

The room was basic - good, nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is sited well in the centre of Bath, and didn't take long to reach by foot from Bath Spa railway station.
It would be great if there were loads more vegan food options on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Location like a lot of other hotels are very central and easy access to all of Bath Central.
We paid over £800 for 3 night
The bathroom shower was blocked so unable to use the shower correctly, even though we were reported it the first day to Recepcion maintenance guy did not appear , whilst checking in my credit card was debited £950
Straight away rather than waiting for us to see if we had any our expenses and then invoicing like other hotels now have to wait 14 days for balance to be returned after query ?
Not all, but some of the staff we found very abrupt and rude, whilst ordering a Diet Coke at the bar and then questioning if it was diet was abruptly told it is very directly and rudely.
Some of the Recepcion Staff again quite abrupt and direct when questioning them why they overcharged us for the rooms even though full payment was taken at the beginning of the trip
