The noise from the restaurant and post evening cleaning meant you could not sleep; was moved to another smaller room on the same floor which was just as bad.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Had an evening meal for our anniversary and they gave us flowers, a card and took our photo. We would definitely return, on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. Well worth it!

Parking is always a challenge in Bath - there is a small car park behind the hotel. The staff helped us find a spot when we goth there. The restaurant had delicious food - overall, it was a great experience.
Rooms and the bed were big and very comfortable, the staff was nice and friendly, the lobby was very chic. I would go there again when I visit Bath
