Disappointing as I would have used this facility to visit family on a regular basis but wont return
Pros:

Location was very good in a quiet area.

Cons:

I’m seventy seven and put on the top floor with six flights of stairs no concierge to carry heavy luggage and staff not that helpful. Bar and dining room staff under pressure because of wedding venue leading to long waiting time for drinks and food.
The health centre/pool was heavily booked as they also have over 800 outside members so we were unable to use this facility.

Ok for night for work but would be disappointed if I was paying with my own money!
Pros:

Good location for a work event. Lovely surroundings and garden. Enjoyed the leisure club and food for dinner was ok when it eventually came. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated and tired. We booked deluxe double but was exactly same as standard double except for a Nespresso machine. We know because we had a group booking and looked in other rooms. Leisure club was ok but changing rooms and showers dirty. I took my stuff and showered back in my room. Lots of people ordering food - took long time for food and all came in dribs and drabs. Was ok when it came but clearly struggling with amount of guests.

Pros:

Some lovely rooms including reception and the lounge.
Breakfast and the breakfast staff peasant

Cons:

There must have been a large group in as all the casual tables were full of plates and glasses

Stayed her twice now and neither time great but convenient location for us. Breakfast was very good.
Pros:

Convenient for where we were going that evening.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare when we arrived. Rooms were clean and ok for one night. Double bed was small and mattress was horrendous! Very lumpy and soft and we kept rolling into the middle of the bed!! No plugs on one side of the bed and no USB plugs either.
