The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.
There are restricted times for use of the pool by children under 16 years of age.
Kids splash times are between 9am until 10am & 4pm until 6pm.
Booking for Linden Restaurant is recommended before arrival, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely air of faded glamour and restaurants is good. Staff are pleasant.
Room was hot and cramped. Fridge didn’t work and quite noisy. Staff couldn’t give a VAT receipt for some reason.
The overall hotel was so very tired and in need of alot of TLC.. it's a lovely place but feel its lacks so much Attention to detail.
The room we had was lovely but so tired and run down and just the little bits like no water in the fridge for a suite was really disappointing.
The dressing gowns had stains on them and the bed was so hard and crunchy that it felt like a hospital bed.
basically the whole place needs some TLC espaically the bedroom side of things as I am an ex manager of housekeeping so I notice all the little bits so much more....
Also the tiny bar downstairs is a nightmare I was queuing for nearly 20 mins as everyone was ordering cocktails and was making me annoyed although your staff are lovely and just seems understaffed....
Also £ 14 for a prawn cocktail is ludicrous. The starter and dessert pricing was totally shocking tbh.

The staff are a credit to the hotel as you can see they work hard and are under staffed and under pressure especially the Bar side of things.
It was lovely for a nights stay but as I mentioned before the whole place needs some TLC and I can see so much potential after working in housekeeping for 20+ years.
The EV chargers were very good and reasonabley priced, they even have the cameras on for those people who park without charging and send them a £100 fine.
I had to pay a £5 supplement for eggs benedict on saturday morning which i dont understand as its less quantity of food compared to a traditional full english.
I like how modern the spa facilities were, I liked the staff and I liked the green space. The room was a fair size.
The carpets put me off.. I can appreciate it’s part of the feature but with dogs present, it becomes a hygiene problem for me.
The chairs in the bedroom were very stained and there was no bag in the bin in the bedroom.
We always get a very warm welcome from the reception staff when we arrive.
We stayed for our anniversary an our room was made up lovely for this.
The gym and spa facilities were great and not too busy.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. The quality was as expected in a hotel of this standard. Crowded breakfast room.
The rooms were small but adequate. The bed was uncomfortable and soft and felt like it was sagging in the middle. The room had a dated feel as did the rest of the hotel. The restaurant menu was very disappointing and the food was expensive and below average.
