Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice and reasonably priced.

Cons:

We stayed in room 222, it was quite a hike to the room but it was well signposted.

Ideal location for a number of things we’ve done on the North East Wales or Chester areas

City break with grandchildren.
Pros:

Staff was lovely, roomy was clean and beds comfy , lovely buffet breakfast continental or English .
My grand children loved the swiming pool couldn'tgetthem our after 2 hrs 😆, lovely and warm and supply free towels for the swimming which is fab.

Cons:

Dont be put off by the outside look off the building which is a bit tired , the inside is spick and span , bar area , dining room reception area and rooms lovely and clean.

Great stay!
Pros:

Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave the children a juice and ice lolly when we arrived as it was a hot day. Rooms were spotless.

Goede kamers,zeer slecht restaurant
Pros:

De kamers en bedden waren goed. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, zoals gordijnen die niet meer in de rails hingen. Er was wel een bureau maar geen stopcontact. De zeeppompjes in de badkamer deden het niet.

Cons:

Het restaurant viel ons heel erg tegen. Op de eerste avond (zondag), wilden we dineren. Dat kon niet in het restaurant maar moest dan in de bar. De keuken of de chef van de keuken had de boel niet op orde. Steaks waren uitverkocht. De Tonijn was doorgebakken terwijl deze rosé hoorde te zijn. Het ijs wat bij de cheesecake hoorde was uitverkocht. De Pavlova en de Cheesecake kwamen uit de vrieser. De cheesecake was opgewarmd in de magnetron, zodat het een koude punt met warme vulling en zompige bodem geworden was. De sla zouden we in Nederland niet meer op tafel durven te zetten. Slap en bruin. Al met al zouden wij het echt afraden hier te gaan dineren.

Don’t try ans stream anything because the internet doesn’t work when the hotel is full.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work because the property was full. The corridors and rooms are a little dated.

Pros:

Was perfect location for what we needed and booked because of being able to use the pool. All the staff were amazing. Food was really good. Bed comfy and was nice to be able to sit in the courtyard area enjoying the sunshine. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again
