Nice stay in good size motel room.
Pros:

Was handy to Chester. Clean. Good size room with couch. Had pool and gym but we didn’t have time to use them.

Cons:

A long way up the hallways to our room. Initially in a room where the air conditioning wasn’t working. And had no fridge. Was moved to another room. Had both. Not sure why we weren’t given the second room in the first place.

Not a 4 Star Hotel
Pros:

I thougth the beds were cleaned and the breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Firstly, I booked this hotel via booking.com last Wednesday, for £165. On our way to the hotel we found that the booking didn't go through so ended up booking there and then for £258.
The hotel is meant to be a 4 Star, but the building is ugly on the outside, and on the inside the rooms where very far away from reception, the corridors were really old and battered and in the room the carpets were dirty.

Very enjoyable. It was a lovely stay and a nice environment for catching up with my family.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and facilities were very good. The whole stay was really nice as the location was quiet and no disturbances from unruly or ungrateful residents. Would definitely stay there again when returning.

Cons:

Cooked food at breakfast was average. Buffet food and layout etc was good, but some of the hot food was tepid and not of great quality.

Pros:

Loved the bar, the staff, great room size, great use of free WiFi, the facilities and location.

Cons:

The Air conditioning unit in room 146 needed looking at as it was too warm during a heatwave, and a spanner system kept popping on and off, the shower pressure wasn't powerful enough too also in 146, the single beds are uncomfortable
