We stayed one night, would stop again
Pros:

Room was lovely 1double bed an a fold out sofa bed

Cons:

Trying to get a coffee from cafe in morning, they told the wife to go petrol station nextdoor because they didn't have anything ready, also one of the bar staff didn't know a fire exit from a door into the private garden 😡

Nice clean hotel. Staff were all friendly that we encounted and the pool was simple but good
Pros:

Location and the pool was great to tire the kids out after our long journey. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The one night stay price was abit overpriced however it was bank holiday weekend.

Waiters/bar staff/reception staff were pleasent and helpful

Cons:

Bar/Resturant manager was very rude to his own staff, was very uncomfortable for everyone in the resturant/bar. Also Booked two doubles and received single beds and no items like toothpaste were available which was advised that it was by the room signage.

Location, breakfast, pool

Cons:

Cleaning and maintenance was a bit poor.
Cobwebs near smoke alarm, silicone around shower needs cleaning/changing.
Pillow case in one of the pillows was dirty.
Curtains dirty.
On the first night only got give 3 bath sheets and on the second day had to ask for more in reception, as after cleaning was only left with 2, we was 4 staying.
