I had an absolutely amazing stay. The property was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I accidentally left my shirt behind after checking out, and when I contacted the property, they were extremely cooperative. They carefully packed it, arranged the return with the courier, and I finally received it safely. I really appreciated the extra effort and excellent customer service. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and very enjoyable.
Honestly, there was nothing significant that I disliked. Everything was well managed, and the staff made sure I had a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The thing that makes this hotel worth it is the pool. It is clean, warm and beautiful. The room was clean. There's a lovely (but very steep!) walk up box hill and down over the stepping stones.
The beds are sprung beds with little extra padding so not great. The hotel is like a ghost town, it feels like it is beginning to become a bit run down.
Location. Views. Large outside garden. Clean toilets Food quality. Fridge with complimentary water.
Lots of trip hazards. Weird room locks. Inadequate parking. Fixed shower head.
The only good thing about the hotel was the convenience to the Denbies Wine Estate that we were visiting
The hotel is dated and unclean. The rooms are really bad, smell damp & the bathroom is broken. The sink tap was broken and there was water clogging. The restaurant was low standard with poor quality of food. We had dinner and breakfast which was substandard and I had an upset tummy.

Парни у бассейна вели себя странно во всех вопросах ответах и комментариях было написано что мы можем пользоваться бассейном если приедем раньше времени заезда а они настаивали что нам нужно подождать 3 часов ситуация не приятная
We've stayed here twice over the summer and both times the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check in process is a little odd though, we needed to be helped with it so weren't sure why they couldn't just check us in normallly! The public area of the hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed the swimming pool, it was nice and warm. Food and service were great and my husband particularly enjoyed the new Indian menu. Room was a good size, nice to have a fridge. Location is perfect for us with family nearby so planning on return visits.
Our only real gripe would be that the bathroom was not clean. Years of grime around taps and on grouting that really need a deep clean. Floor was dirty with hair behind the door. It wasn't nice.
The property looked pretty from the outside and the foyer, reception area and dining room were pleasant but the bedrooms were shabby and in need of a refurbishment.
The fact that the bedrooms were shabby and the taps dripped constantly. On the hot tap, the top was missing and the washbasin was cracked. This was a superior room too.
We had an issue with the Aircon unit. We reported it the next morning to reception as it was very noisy. Someone did go to our room and set it going but it was still very noisy. Sounded like the filters were blocked
We had requested a quiet room, we did appreciate this request may not get met, but didn't anticipate being in a room right on top of a wedding reception. We could hear not only the music, but the chatter too. It was lovely to hear people having fun celebrating, but we had an early start and wanted sleep. The Aircon noise then helped dampen the wedding noise. Not ideal either!
Nice, good location. We were attending a party that was held in the hotel. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Air conditioning broken and it was hot. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, no rubber mat for shower over bath, knob for shower was broken. Only 2 hangers in closet. They also gave us a room that someone else was in, which was shocking- they rectified this but it delayed our check in.
