Wonderful experience!
Pros:

Very clean and beautiful room, good facility (they have AC in the room), coffee machine, etc. My daughter particularly loved the radio! They left a lovely welcoming card and some sweets for us. Everything is fantastic, and I am glad that I chose this hotel for my family.

Cons:

There is no lift, but I can understand that given the fact that this is an lovely old building.

Well worth a visit.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.Location was excellent,close to the station/M25.

Cons:

Might be an issue with the parking spaces for patrons.But i didn't have a problem.

A very enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel which exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner there both nights and found the variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, particularly for dinner. The restaurant staff were also very polite and friendly. The whole place had a lovely vibe and the treats left in our room upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

A very enjoyable one night stay. Excellent service & amazing food.
Pros:

Professional staff.
Decorated in keeping with the building’s age & history.
Food was great! Evening meal & breakfast.

Cons:

Had to park in Public Car Park. Only a few spaces at the Inn itself. I appreciate that the age of the Inn & surrounding properties make parking difficult.

Lovely pub and food let down by a lack of attention to detail in the rooms.
Pros:

The food was great

Cons:

There was a lot of small issues with the room which added up. Missing wardrobe handle, flickering lamp lights, only an overhead light in the bathroom, the shower head so far out into the shower that water spilled all over the floor. Having stayed in other heartwood inns this one was a bit disappointing.

Good Hotel
Pros:

Very central to the town. Team are attentive. Food is good. Have installed portal AC units to manage the hot summer. This work well in my room. Order at the table for breakfast which is much nicer than buffet style

Cons:

The check in process now asks you to self complete via a guest tablet. A little slow if people are not techy or cant see well
