This is the second time we have stayed there and it did not disappoint.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The waiting staff in the dining room were exceptional.

Charming and cosy stay, will definitely return!

Such a cute and charming place with delightful decor. The attention to detail is way above average, from the sweet treats waiting, to the radio playing when you arrive, and the towel hanging where you exit the shower. Everything is so well thought through

Cons:

Honestly the place is worth it despite the small imperfections and I will definitely be back!
That being said, I do wish someone had warned me about the bin orchestra at 6 am (Wednesday). I would have used the earplugs that were thoughtfully left out and not kept my window open.
Just a small word of warning at check in would have been nice

Pros:

The best accessible room we have ever stayed in, super bed and shower. The little welcome touches are delightful.. Everywhere was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. We will be coming again.

We were surprised at how nice everything was, the staff, the room, the food.
Pros:

The room was very nice, it was clean and plenty of spare pillows etc. Also had a fan and air conditioning unit in the room.The staff were pleasant and good was excellent- even had a little treat Surprise on arrival for both the humans and the dogs- an especially nice touch was a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel.

Cons:

The sink was a struggle to wash in because of its size.
