Pros:

Really lovely hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had lunch when we arrived and the service was 1st class. Thr rooms are very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

We booked a room with a larger bed but it wasn't what we were hoping for. The manager sorted it out immrdiately and upgraded us to a better room. Couldn't have asked for more.

Peaceful, welcoming, friendly.
Pros:

The room was quiet, the shower was wonderful, and Cherise, the bartender at the hotel bar, was a gem! And so very wonderful to have a place in the middle of town, so close to where we were going to start our walk. The staff at reception were really friendly - I had a splinter in my thumb and they have me disinfectant and plasters for it:)

Cons:

The duvet was incredibly thick, considering the time of year! But I can understand people have different preferences. We took off the duvet in the middle of the night and just made do with a blanket.

We found the location very convenient you need to advise that there are no lifts
Pros:

It was a very convenient location for a wedding attended at Farnham castle

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated & we had two flights of stairs and then a long corridor to walk with our luggage

Wonderful stay in the heart of Farnham
Pros:

Great grounds - close to castle. Night manager on Sat 16th ensured I got to my room as the hotel is hard to navigate and it was late. Excellent service

Pros:

Everything was as good as we hoped. Very helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but we were woken up at about 1am by other guests talking loudly in the corridor outside our room.

Perfect night away - wish we stayed longer

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely stay. We had a huge choice for Breakfast and the full English was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again
