Sofa bed wasn't that comfortable and hard to put it back to a sofa.

We stay here when we fly in from a long flight, easy hop on bus to accommodation.

Convenient location
I liked how we were based on the ground floor for our one night stay, especially with a three year old. It made it easy to get luggage in and out to the car for the airport and close to the lobby area for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and calm environment.
Our one thing we didn’t like was how hard the mattress was. But otherwise the room was very comfortable and accessible for us.

As a frequent guest of Holiday Inn for both business and leisure travel, my stay met the expectations I have come to associate with the brand.
The food was poor, and the menu descriptions were unclear and did not accurately explain what was included in each dish.
Flying out of Gatwick at 5:30am so made use of staying at the Holiday Inn to get some rest beforehand. Excellent value for money, staff were lovely and friendly. Room was wonderful, meal at the bar was delicious
Mattress was a bit hard for my liking esp with a bad back
Close to the airport and the shuttle bus was very useful.
