Smooth experience
Pros:

Great location . Wonderful staff. Met Danny at the front desk . So helpful and informative . Made our check in experience really easy and smooth . He’s a real asset to the Holiday Inn team.

Perfect start to the holiday

Great airport hotel

Exceptional staff

Not a room for 4.
Pros:

Hotel was easy to access using the hoppa bus from gatwick Airport.
It was clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The room was described as a family from for 2 adults and 2 children.

The room had 1 bed and 1 chair sofa bed therefore not exactly a room for 4. The chair sofa bed was wider than a single but would struggle to put 2 kids in it. Instead we had to sleep 1 adult with 2 kids in the bed and 1 adult in the sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn't the comfiest either.


Ok for one night but not ideal. The angle of the pictures on here do not make it look like a single chair so easy to expect two double beds.

Good but please change the beds

Cons:

The beds - they were very hard and uncomfortable. Also very high I was travelling with my disabled mother and she had great difficulty getting on and off the bed.

We might some on holiday here next year!
Pros:

Might stay here for our holiday next year!! Children eat free, complimentary mini bar and that staff are super friendly. A big shout out to Robert in the restaurant. The price to stay with car parking is excellent as well. 😊

Great so far
Pros:

We had a problem with our room when we first arrived. Aymen from the front desk was incredible, he straight away understood the situation and made it his priority to deal with. Within 10 mins he had sorted it and couldn’t do more to help us. Then Robert the waiter was so attentive and great, all round great service so far.
