Accessible, convenient, clean, comfy beds. I would stay again - it made the start of a holiday less stressful & comfortable.
Very convenint for the North Terminal as easy to walk to from the hotel. Very comfy queen bed and clean, good size, room. Big TV. Room service pizza was really good. Toiletries provided. Quiet with good sound proofing. Staff very polite and attentive. I would stay again.

Close to airport and very nice environment. Lifts and access a little confusing at first. Meal a little poor for the price point.

Excellent for access to Gatwick Airport. Literally a 2 minute walk to the Terminal.
Very nice dining options
The shower was very disappointing: there was no door and the water was running also to the wrong, doorless side and out to the bathroom floor, forcing you to turn off the water frequently to avoid flooding. Very annoying

More seating in the restaurants. Also the restaurant we went to - the food was fine but the lighting and tables made it feel like a cafeteria
