Great hotel, great location, good value.
Pros:

Within Gatwick Airport, easy to reach from the train and easy access to checkin.
Great restaurant and bar. Staff at reception very helpful.
Room was excellent and beds and pillows very comfortable. It was also very quiet.

Good option for an early flight as location is perfect.

Cons:

Our TV remote had to be replaced as it didn’t work. Although staff were courteous and helpful, service was quite slow.
