Great would stay again
Pros:

We liked the family room, the bed was comfy and the pool and gym were great. Almost all staff members were helpful.

Cons:

The babycot was so hard the carpet underneath was more comfortable. The breakfast was not warm.

Cons:

I travelled for work. Unfortunately the reception would not issue a proper tax invoice. Even after contacting them multiple times via booking.com I did not receive any feedback! Very bad service and not recommended for business.

Pros:

This place works. It's clean, the staff are enthusiastic and kind. The health spa /pool is great. Food is great. Can't knock it.

Cons:

This place is so nice and I'd highly recommend to families. Especially with the pool and great food setup. So they are missing a trick by not topping up what they offer to families. Put a kids corner in, with a few board games , a console and some crayons and they will have nailed it.

Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at
Pros:

It was clean, bed was comfortable

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel to have the noise levels this place had baffled me. Constant banging and footsteps throughout the night WITH EARPLUGS IN. £165 for one night, no sleep, no thanks.

I was a late check in, but even late at night the staff were warm and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic staff shame about the rooms and halfboard confusion.
Pros:

All yhe staff were excellent.

Cons:

No fridge, no safe, hairdryer didn't work, sink plug had to held up to drain sink. Paid for halfboard but still had to sign for the cost of the meal which was later deducted from the final bill. Had to put 50 pound deposit down incase of damage to the room( not on your site) still waiting for this back.

A perfectly adequate hotel stay.
Pros:

Newly refurbished and very clean. Smelled lovely walking in.

Cons:

Booked a twin room but given a double. Reception staff had no record of my booking when I arrived, even though my friend had already checked in. No fridge in the room. Only one tea bag. Shower gel/hand was smelled of parsley. No bath mat for the flor in the bathroom so floor was very slippy. Tiny nitpicky things I know, but added together it was a shame.

Comfy beds, convenient location and pleasant staff.

Cons:

The restaurant needs improvement. For our evening meal, one meal was brought out and the other person's had been forgotten. They did offer a free glass of wine and the staff were pleasant but it wasn't what we were expecting.

Breakfast had a good selection, but the buffet food was only warm not hot which was a shame.

Cons:

Swimming pool was booked up so we couldn’t use it, this was the main reason we booked and there was no indication we’d need to call ahead to book. Room was a bit tired and sofa bed for kids was really uncomfortable. Lift noise was very noisy all night.
