Clean, excellent service, lovely hotel
Pros:

We booked our stay as a Holiday Extras package for the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour. The hotel is older, but I do love it when hotel rooms still have baths! Older but very nicely decorated and great communal spaces too. It’s a great location from the motorway and WB Studios. The service has made the difference too. On our second night after a day at WB Studios and London exploring we came back to the hotel for dinner. The food was really great but the service we received from Abiola was absolutely exceptional.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Generally, the place is lovely
,clean and the staff are nice. My family loved it. The bathtub has a few stains, not much to worry about. Generally, we enjoy our stay and we will visit again. Pls help reduce the price 🙂

Cons:

Aside from the bathtub wearing off, everything is lovely.

Decent IHG hotel, nothing exceptional either way, good standard of service.
Pros:

good clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Wifi was good.

Cons:

refrigerator in room was an additional option.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

We stayed here a few nights to visit London and the Warner Bros. Studios, and we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a bit of an undertaking, but London is easily accessible from here by public transport, and that is a nice experience too. The studios are a fifteen-minute drive away.

Our stay here was wonderful! The rooms were sufficiently clean and spacious for a short stay, the breakfast delicious and well-presented, the restaurant with the conservatory beautiful, and the dinner, which is served until late and where the children eat for free from the kids' menu, was delightful!

The staff were friendly and helpful. And in particular Derek (!!), whom we had the pleasure of meeting several times during our stay, and who had a kind word and a joke for everyone. He seemed to have stepped right out of one of the Harry Potter stories with his friendly, warm demeanor, Sorting Hat, and wand! He contributed greatly to our experience but was above all a very warm and friendly man with a great sense of humor.

We would undoubtedly stay here again on a future visit to this area!
