Tired and in need of an update
Pros:

Access from motorway

Cons:

The hotel is in dire need of a clean and repaint. Our room was disappointing and did not feel clean . It smelled like an old people’s home. The loo paper was hard as were the towels. The mattress was uncomfortable and one of the springs actually pinged me in the night . Would not recommend to anyone

Cons:

noisy in bar area,
first breakfast (9am) choices restricted eggs over-cooked, bacon tough (over-cooked). 2nd breakfast much better

Fair Price
Pros:

The ease of checking in

Cons:

Lack of staff in the restaurant in the evening. At one point waited about 20minutes for our drinks. The staff were trying their best but there should have been more staff available. The rooms were so far from the elevator it was really difficult for me to walk there with my disability.

I'm always impressed at Holiday Inn hotels with the ' value for money' rooms and good food in the restaurant..

Cons:

The bar area has limited seating but I'm not sure how they could rectify this , with current spatial limitations
