Very disappointing, including the staff who were not particularly friendly or helpful. Even the Manager. NOT up to the

Good location. One room was nice

Cons:

We booked two rooms the same and paid the same price for each. Two King rooms. The second room was not a king was not clean and when we complained did nothing about it.

Good reliable accommodation.
Pros:

Good standard of comfort and cleanliness.

Cons:

(i) The basin plug failed to retain the water in it.
(ii) Having a bath was impossible, because the soap was SCREWED IN right of reach. (Why do you have to do that?)

spoilt the whole break
Pros:

Did NOT get the room we booked so stay was. STRUGGLE. we booked a disabled room with access and room given had a shower in a bath! Room given was a struggle but needed to accept as we needed to get to a wedding

give us what we had booked. Given us a refund

Nice and clean
Pros:

Our first stay in IHG hotel. We booked a family room with 2 double size bed. They allowed our family dog and we were offered a good room.

Pros:

Room was large and bed very comfortable

Cons:

Sole female traveller and felt uncomfortable that it had a partition door in room!
Breakfast was very poor, no choice of fruit and everything was empty
