Comfortable and peaceful - just what we needed.
Pros:

We requested and were given the same room we had had before - grateful for that!

Cons:

The window not closing properly- needs fixing. We did tell Reception. Plus would be nice to include breakfast in the price which we observed went up dramatically the nearer it got to the date. Not a problem for us we had booked early but others would have had to pay over £40 more than us - doesn’t seem fair. One more small thing - shower gel was empty - cleaning staff need to check this.

Practical and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, it was nice that there was a bar which we used but the ambiance of the bar could be much better

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very obliging, helpful and friendly.
Food was reasonable and breakfast had a big selection of foods.

Cons:

Bathrooms were very small with no shelving and there were no shelves/drawers in the bedroom.
