Great breakfast lovely pool and sauna.
Pros:

Staff are very helpful. The pool and sauna are great. The breakfast is amazing!

Comfortable stay at Holiday Inn with friendly staff but needs their air conditioning units updated.
Pros:

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very nice and the buffet breakfast was fine. I appreciated that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. The shower was great.

Cons:

The room was not cool enough in the hot weather. An air conditioner was not working, only the fan setting. We had run out of shower gel and asked one of the staff to refill it but she never did. We were only informed at reception about the higher priced breakfast buffet at £14 booked the night before. I ended up only eating a continental breakfast anyway. When I asked later about a cheaper price for just continental breakfast , the person at reception said that was fine and they would only charge £9.95 for it! I wish I had known about the cheaper option earlier.

Good but hot stay
Pros:

Good location. The leisure facilities are really good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Air conditioning not working which made the stay very uncomfortable on such a warm period. Reported to reception but nothing changed. Warm air was being blown out which made the nighttime very difficult to sleep as the temperature was already 24c plus

On the outside looks dated but you are immediately transported into modern day once inside. Clean, excellent facilities

Comfortable and peaceful - just what we needed.
Pros:

We requested and were given the same room we had had before - grateful for that!

Cons:

The window not closing properly- needs fixing. We did tell Reception. Plus would be nice to include breakfast in the price which we observed went up dramatically the nearer it got to the date. Not a problem for us we had booked early but others would have had to pay over £40 more than us - doesn’t seem fair. One more small thing - shower gel was empty - cleaning staff need to check this.
