The location is great and the staff wonderful
The rooms were like ovens even when the outside was cool

Tiniest room. I was first put in a disabled room with view on the parking and had to request a change, to end up in a tiny room, which is not what I expected for the price I paid.

The staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. We were luckily given a room with air con otherwise not sure how it would have been as it’s in the heatwave. The room was large, clean, comfy beds and it had a fridge. The bathroom had a large shower with toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful - cooked/fruits/yoghurts/bread/cheese/salad etc. location was fantastic
The car park was very very small - the opening from the street was just wide enough to get my car in and once in there’s only 8 spaces so you need to leave your keys at reception incase they need to move it as cars are double parked.
Great location in the very centre of the city. You can easily walk everywhere. Clean and tidy rooms, staff was really nice.
We had privilege room and there was no air-conditioning so it was very hot inside even though we had ventilators. However that didn’t help much. Everything else was really nice.

The staff carried our luggage up the two floors to our room and were quite prompt in doing so.

No air conditioning. Dirty walls and dirty windows. The bathroom was very clean. The bedsheets were very clean. It was a single bed with about a 4 inch mattress on it. They did supply a fan, but it did not cool the room. The windows could only be opened about 2 inches so there was no air ventilation.. really miserable. Apparently. Only some of the single rooms are like this, and they were very open about it when I checked in, but that didn’t help me at that point I was stuck with this room.
