It was very upsetting that the staff where rude especially aslr the tori r we paid

Hotel was very clean and lovely decor. Food was very good and service excellent. Perfect location very close to the harb

Proximity to harbour, views over to Rock, decor and modern feel

Cons:

Room 19 was quite dark and right next to the lift so there were strange noises throughout day and into evening. For such expensive rooms, we would have expected a larger tv screen.

Friendly staff and very good location for walking into town

Cons:

No A/C, the room and restaurant were very hot despite it only being mid teens outside. We had an estuary view which was nice, but at 6am each day a digger started scraping sand off the quay, and windows did little to keep out the noise. The shutters also didn't stop light coming in.
