Perfect location for a short family holiday, would recommend.
Pros:

Reception Staff Amazing dealt with any issues straight away without fuss.
99% of rest of staff also excellent.

Cons:

1 Member of Staff on Service/Bar and Breakfast should not be front facing, very rude, angry and not who you want to see at Breakfast, all other members of the team absolutely lovely. We made Reception aware just because his attitude was so rude.
Cleaning of rooms could have been improved upon.

Not bad
Pros:

Location great, comfy bed

Cons:

Paid for estuary view but window high and tiny. Top floor room, very hot, no air conditioner so got fan out which was absolutely caked in dust. Mini bar stocked but extortionate prices. Advertised as breakfast included only to find this was continental so had to pay extra for other things!

Hotel perfectly located for our visits to local restaurants and local shops; very comfortable, didnu
Pros:

Breakfast very good, varied choices, nice bar with beautiful view over the Camel Estuary' Very handy for access to the town.
Car park was a bonus.
Very pleasant reception staff particularly the lady from Yorkshire!

Cons:

Bathroom was a little cramped, should have booked a larger room but needed lift access. The soap dispensers were awkward to reach and under the shower spray; could have done with a hand rail in the bath to make entry safer.

We had a lovely stay and would possibly come back if in the area
Pros:

Perfect location, room was spacious and comfortable, staff were really friendly.

Cons:

We paid nearly £400 a night but had to pay £10 extra for anything cooked, so if you fancied a boiled egg it was £10!
Our balcony could have been cleaner

Pros:

The location, sound proofness of the rooms, friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

The duvet filling was uneven, the stuffing was concentrated down just one side so provided not much warmth on one side of the bed.
Having to pay for hot chocolate at breakfast seemed a bit much given the cost of the room.
