The hotel is well situated. I liked the central location and the surroundings attractions.

Room modern, clean and comfortable, very spacious with plenty of storage. Air conditioning really welcome and easy to control. Shower room modern, spotless with excellent shower.Location was very central within a short walk of bars, restaurants and the cathedral. The breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Loved the courtyard area which had the most beautiful planters shady areas and very nice garden furniture to sit and relax with a drink. Parking was very easy.
Nothing to dislike, rooms start on second floor, ours was on the third/top floor and as there was no lift might be a problem for some. We didn’t find it a problem, the stairs were not steep and were easily manageable.

Staff were brilliant ,front desk team great.The support to change booking dates were outstanding and was very appreciated by the whole party of two ,who used the hotel.
No bottled water in room, overgrown foliage on courtyard garden area, the staff at breakfast were slow to clear away breakfast dishes and the breakfast was not to the standard expected for a hotel of this quality. breakfast was pre cooked and left to kept warm on grill, the tea and coffee was simple jug of hot water, no teapots as normal expected with this type of hotel, towels in bedroom were clean but well used and hard to touch.
Nous avons eu un upgrade dans la réservation : on a eu la chambre la plus grande de l'hôtel ! Chambre hyper confortable, personnel adorable, je recommande fortement.
Malgré le fait que c'est une chaîne, on est dans un bâtiment historique et donc ce n'est pas du tout désincarné.
A l'arrivée, à la réception on nous a recommandé de prendre le petit déjeuner et de le charger à la chambre (12,95£) plutôt que de le payer à l'avance (16£ prix fixe pour tous les hôtels de la chaîne). Excellente recommandation !
Il y a une petite cour dans laquelle on peut petit déjeuner, au calme et très belle. Superbe hôtel !
