A great place to stay for exploring Salisbury. Would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, amenities like shower cap, sewing kit etc provided in room. Shower great.

Cons:

Some areas could do with a refresh, and rooms upstairs but overall a lovely stay.

Enjoyable overnight stay, very convenient.
Pros:

Great setting, lovely room

Cons:

2 flights of stairs, you know before there is no lift but the reality of lugging heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs is no fun! Also nothing to do with the hotel really but we paid to park for 24 hours via machine in reception. We came home after a cruise to a parking fine of £100, we had no receipt, navigated very annoying site only to find out fine had been cancelled. Very annoying and no means of complaining to parking firm!
