Nice city centre location
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean & tidy room, air conditioning worked well.
Stayed for a cousin’s birthday dinner, food was fantastic.
Highly recommended and the breakfast was good too.

won't visit again. Or Mercure hotels. Once bitten and all that....
Pros:

Warm welcome at reception but not very useful when it came to arranging parking. Room was ok, cleaner did a good job. Breakfast not great, dreadful toaster that either cremated or left bread untoasted. Rubber fried eggs, no table cloths. No tea cups only mugs. Not great really.

Cons:

Hotel as been stripped of any character, one of the reasons I booked, no helpful directions, just left to get on with unpacking car, finding room and so on. The restaurant was like a cheap cafe, no table cloths etc. Staff all nice and friendly but when eating a booked meal the only staff member kept vanishing and I and other residents were kept waiting, (he was apparently covering another event in the hotel) Only two Alcohol drinks available and one was out of stock. All the decor of the hotel was covering what should have been nice features, it was very bland and disappointing for a hotel with such a rich heritage and reputation.

My husband and I found the stairs rather too much and would have appreciated a lift.

camera e bagno puliti, letto e materasso comodi, colazione abbondante, posizione molto centrale, parcheggio per auto vicino con sconto sul prezzo

Cons:

la moquette della camera è molto vecchia. Il parcheggio dell'hotel non è esclusivo ma è un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento dove chiunque pagando può accedere, chi pernotta ha uno sconto ma c'è il rischio di non trovare posto (anche se pagato in anticipo più giorni)
