Good location for walking into Stratford. Lovely big bed. Good facilities ie, iron, fan, hairdryer.
Few bits need updating. Bathroom needs complete overhaul, terrible shower. Big cobwebs on ceiling. Breakfast was basic could do with more variety and better choices.

The hotel had nice grounds, and was close to the town
When we booked the hotel, it said it was air conditioned, we checked in 14/8/26, when we got in the room it was boiling hot, so I went straight to reception to complain. Was told no other rooms available, only delux the following day and no dogs was allowed in that room. Room seemed to get hotter through the evening and over night. My chest was tight because I'm asthmatic, My dog was panting clearly struggling. If I had have been told the air conditioning wasn't working I would have cancelled.

Nos encontramos en la habitación una tarjeta y bombones para una pareja que celebraba el aniversario. Les cambiaron de habitación pero no lo retiraron. No contraté desayuno porque era muy caro. Habitación algo justa de tamaño
Great location in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Added bonus being able to use the swimming pool and steam room etc... fantastic
The rooms were lovely clean and comfortable.
A few steps and stairs in the corridors are challenging for wheelchairs or older people with walking sticks.
This could have been made clearer in the hotel description.

Location of hotel. Cleanliness . Super comfy beds. Choice at breakfast. Nice staff.
Lack of fridge in room. ( couldn’t keep my drinks or medication cool )
Lack of plug sockets by the bed.
Our Room was next to spa entrance door. Constant banging door. Spa staff chatting outside our window at 6:30 in the morning. Staff and guests smoking outside our room window. Cars parked directly outside the window too often with a running engine before they turned engine off. All forced us to close the window. Room a little tired.
No long mirror or make up mirror.
Breakfast choice good but needs to be hotter. Luke warm beans. Toast very anaemic. Needs toasting longer.

Tatty ill equipped rooms, no wardrobe, fridge or safe which was stated in the brochures , not exceptionally clean, rusty shower, dirty cups, no on site restaurant, not a four star hotel quality not worth the amount paid.
Clean rooms comfy big bed and 5 min walking distance to town. Breakfast was really nice and fresh and constantly changed with cooked items.
Air conditioning in room was broken so room was red hot.
Excellent breakfast but didn't relies it was extra cost to our booking.

The charge for parking, it cost me £ 42 for 3 nights
Double yellow lines needed outside the rooms at the back of the hotel. People using the leisure centre were parked right outside our room and not in the designated parking bays.
Great location , nice room
Additional services like room service or ordering food had to be through their app and not in person. The hotel is separated from the Spa
Good location
Electric fused in the room. Reported it but no one came to fix it. Ended up finding the fuse box myself and fixing it. Room wasn’t cleaned for the first 3 of my 5 days stay. I complained and they offered me a 20% refund. That was a month ago and refund not revived.
