The room was not very clean, lipstick left under the bed. Earing left on dressing-table.
Only one pillow on bed, only one set of towels in room - had to ask for second set of towels and pillow.

A clean house located near the train station—perfect for sightseeing. Everything is proceeding smoothly.
Brilliant location, very central. A little noisy at night. Lovely staff.
I didn’t like anything except location. Very dated, restaurant was closed, horrid lemony smell (chemical), everywhere, loo was hard to flush, uncomfortable pillows. I felt I had stepped back about 40 or 50 years

Location at the heart of Winchester Very clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially with my friend in a wheelchair. Beds extremely comfortable. Magdalena was an absolute star resolving an issue on arrival and took time to talk to us and recommend places to visit. Just be aware that disabled access is at the rear but there is parking there too.
Breakfast mediocre, first morning everything was lukewarm but second day it was hotter. Would’ve liked a wider choice. Coffee machine didn’t work at all, awaiting repair
