Klassisk och stilrent. Fina materialval. Väldigt bekväm säng med tjockt täcke och många kuddar. Rummet var väl utrustat och badrummet väldigt lyxigt. Rent och snyggt. Personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma.
Även om badrummet var väldigt fint och lyxigt så var det i minsta laget. Ingången till duschen cirka 44 cm där man fick lirka sig förbi handfatet. Avskyr även heltäckningsmatta som tyvärr är det vanliga i UK.

The temperature in the room. It was a bit stuffy in there even though we turned the a/c down .
The hotel has been amazingly and considerately renovated - lots of lovely little touches and attention to detail such as large tea cups and saucers, fresh milk and water in the fridge and lovely bathroom products
We were disturbed from 9am till our checkout by some extremely loud banging and building work which we associated with the ongoing hotel renovation coming from either Nextdoor room 407 or perhaps upstairs. When we informed check out staff about this, we felt disbelieved and patronised .. as if we’d invented it?! Because of this, we were distracted to additionally share that our TV didn’t work and that, minorly, the shower gel pumps in the shower and sink are too stiff to activate

The old carpet in the room detracted from the overall appearance and finish. If it was new it looked dated..
The shower screen was particularly disappointing, as it leaked excessively. The design appeared to leave a significant gap at the entrance to the shower, with only a short section of glass, which resulted in water escaping onto the bathroom floor.
Location is perfect - across from Windsor Castle and immediate access to restaurants, bars and cafes. Have stayed here many times and keep coming back. Car parking available.
Unfortunately a bit of noise coming from room next door which doesn't normally happen but it was a very busy weekend.
I had a wonderful stay at The Queen’s Gate Hotel and I was very happy with my experience.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to help and made me feel very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for getting around London. The hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant.
A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and warm hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

空间大，品质好，床很舒服。除了零食汽水外冰箱还有一小盒牛奶，有玩具套装，太适合我家小孩。
如果没有电梯，最好有人帮忙拿行李上楼。如果订的两个房间不在同一栋建筑内，最好预定的时候就提醒我。
