The only downside to my stay was the breakfast box I had to have, because I had to leave early on the Sunday morning needed a little more imagination. Considering the breakfast I had to miss.

We wanted a moderate-priced hotel in this area in order to visit Eltham Palace and a couple of other places. This hotel is much better quality than one might expect for the price - we booked well in advance, which included free parking. It seems to have been nicely re-furbished in recent years with simple but smart furnishings and colour schemes. There were plenty of staff around if needed and all of them were very polite and personable. The car-parking arrangements didn't sound too convincing on their web-site (first come, first served) but, when we got there, they turned out to be extensive and easily accessible. Breakfast was self-service but good choices etc. We had one evening meal which was decent value quality and price-wise.

Location for us for the events we attend each year. Overall the breakfast as they are attentive. Please just one tiny thing, they run out of Schar gluten free cornflakes and the lady said they were changing to ‘be free’ cornflakes. Please don’t. The others are soooo much better. Open some and see for yourself. The be free ones are quite tough but for most of us coeliacs are better than nothing. We rarely mention if there is st least an option, however if you are changing, please reconsider.
Some staff are grumpy (there was a girl late evening on reception who clearly had not had a good day!) but most are great. We also struggle sometimes with the mattresses and I think some are a little old (?) perhaps worth looking at, but quite minor points in the big scheme of things.

Perfect for travelling by car: easy to reach, big parking lot. short foot walk to Bexley Station offers convenient train transfer to London Centre. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, AC worked fine . Surprisingly nice choice of pubs and places to eat in old Bexley. Friendly and efficient staff.
Direct surroundings not picturesque, some road noise due to the motorway nearby. No fridge or complimentary water bottles in the room. Bathroom clean but design shows its age.
The breakfasts were first class - great selection well presented. The staff were very mannerly and courtesy was obvious. We thought the Hotel was well presented clean and friendly. We would return. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
