How close it was to M6 the reception area was lovely

Cons:

The bedrooms were very dated plus whenever anyone came out there room the door slammed woke us up most the night

Friendly, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

It said on booking.com that we would have chocolates in the room, but we didn't. We also saw that room service was avaliable but got no answers on the phone

Clean, ideal situation, but the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in

Ideally situated for where we needed to be

Cons:

The beds and pillows were awful, I know it is personal preference, but the mattress was like sleeping on a concrete slab it was that hard and the pillows were very similar and like having bricks to put you head on. We checked out fairly early even after a late night so we could get home and get some sleep - very disappointed for an extremely high price of £166 for the night

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

This was a very clean hotel the rooms are lovely compact and spotless shampoo, shower gel is provided and if you forget any toiletries you can request some from reception. We had breakfast and it was exceptional and plenty of choice, the reception staff were friendly and efficient my only quip is that the price for the room for one night because Take That were playing at CBS was extortionate but it was worth not having to park at the arena and sit in traffic for hours after the concert. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

The price because Take That were playing the room prices were hiked up which isn't right in the current cost of living crisis we are in.
