Pros:

Air conditioning is so great in the room and everywhere indoor!
The design of the hotel is decent and chill~
The hardness of the mattress is perfect for us.
The breadfast buffect is good as expected.
We will come back next time for sure.

Cons:

The mini fridge in the room is not cool enough to get my coke cold, just better then room temp.

Weekend getaway
Pros:

Cleanliness, professional and friendly service. The food options were generous and the offer of various drinks in the fridge were top notch. It was quiet and good privacy, as I couldn't hear anyone else once we closed our room door.

Cons:

We couldn't open the window, we wanted fresh air.

Value for money and OK for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Location near the M6 motorway was ideal. Value for money. The waitress in the restaurant/bar area was very polite, helpful and efficient despite being the only visible member of staff on duty at the time

Cons:

The food options for Coeliacs (ie Gluten Free) were extremely limited both in terms of the evening and at breakfast.

Pros:

room excellent, disabled bathroom excellent. aircon excellent,

Cons:

disabled parking availability is low, meaning increased travel distance. some breakfast items missing. surly attitude of one older female breakfast staff member, all others were excellent.

Exactly what we were looking for, and didn't break the bank.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. We did ask for two twin rooms close together but they couldn't change our allocated rooms. We were ok with what we got.
As we were only booked in for 1 night we asked for late check out and if there was a room we could use for a vocal rehearsal before heading off to a singing contest. The reception staff were most accommodating and helpful. We were grateful that they found us a room to use.
