Excellent location with good facilities, a bit expensive.
Pros:

Well signed, good parking, comfy bed, quiet. Great location for ferry port.

i would only recommend for one night stay no longer than that it close to port so positive

brilliant location for the port
Pros:

Location was brilliant for staying the night ahead of an early morning boat crossing - just 10mins from the port and on the A2. Beds were comfortable. Didn't have breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, facilities and service -will return.
Pros:

24 hour desk allowed late check in from late ferry. Very responsive team to queries. Excellent location, felt luxurious, comfortable rooms and beds. Will book again for sure.

Pros:

חנייה בשפע, חדר לא גדול במיוחד, אך מספיק לזוג, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, מקום מאד שקט ובקרבה של 10 דקות נסיעה למבצר, המלון נמצא ביער ויש בו מסעדה די טובה

בדרך לחדר היו 2-3 מדריגות שקצת מקשה לסחוף מזוודות. קריות לא נוחות

Good for travelling
Pros:

The location is good for travel to or from the ferry, and there is sufficient free parking. The breakfast is good and well priced.

Cons:

Having to walk down 2 small sets of stairs with luggage and crutches. I do admit that I hadn't informed the hotel before my visit that I was not very mobile.
I preferred last year's restaurant menu to the current one.

Sleep deprived
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

I booked the room because I was "upgraded" to king size. It turned out to be next to their event hall which started blasting loud music in the evening. It was so loud that my walls and windows were shaking. I asked to turn it down, which they did, although it still wasn't possible to sleep, and some time later they stopped the music and started giving speeches. Again, so loud, that I could hear them in my room, both the speeches and the screeching microphone feedback. At that point I asked to be moved to a different room, which they promptly did. I was "upgraded" again, this time to a family room. The room had two queen size beds squished in it. So, in the end, I had to move rooms in the middle of the night, while knackered after my trip, and ended up in a queen size bed instead of the king size I booked.
