Room inhumanely hot with broken aircon, no fans and management that do not acknowledge concerns.
Pros:

Location, friendly check in staff.

Cons:

Air con was broken, changed rooms and still broken, no fans, deadlock not working on door, unable to sleep due to extreme heat in room which was booked as a rest break after dropping family at Heathrow. It was the hottest room I have ever stayed in and inhumane. Have emailed 3+ times with my complaint and have not received so much as an acknowledgment.

La propreté et le confort.

Le personnel … c’est bien la premiere fois … dés le depart, il y a eu un ecart de 100 livres entre le montant prevu et le montant demandé. Bref, l’erreur est humaine.
Par contre, lors que petit dejeuner (à 8h30) on nous enleve nos couverts des mains (!) et notre assiette, alors que nous n’avons pas terminé.
La cerise sur le gateau, c’est que le lendemain matin, à 7h, le bazar à commencé avec les placards qui claquent et la machine à laver (mur trés fin) puis, on a toqué plusieurs fois et voulu rentrer dans notre chambre à 8h30 puis, on a retoquer à notre chambre à 9h. Le depart des clients est prevu à 10h … pourquoi ?? Vraiment un manque de respect pour le sommeil des clients !

Convenient location for travel plans. Staff were first rate.
Pros:

All the staff were helpful and polite. Each one responded to my needs efficiently and politely. I will call out the receptionist who went out of their way to help.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing really, perhaps the breakfast. The food tasted good and the had a decent variety of options.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t tidy and frankly looks quite warn out. The carpets in the corridors look dirty and warn. For a premium booking, I expected a little better than was presented.
