Convenient and satisfactory stay
Pros:

Pleasant environment in a good location.

Cons:

I found the bed a little uncomfortable and the bathroom was in need of refurbishment as was looking tired. The room was also quite small. There was only one fast EV charger which unfortunately was monopolised by a vehicle for several hours. The hotel would benefit therefore from more chargers.

Great location, great breakfast but uncomfortable.
Pros:

Great location, just off the M40. There's a cinema next door, restaurants, supermarkets. Hotel was clean and plenty of parking. Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were too hard. We all woke up to bad backs!. Also I asked for a room close to reception due to my husbands mobility issues. Sadly we were put it a room the most furthest away. The lounge area seating/sofas in the bar area are not comfy at all.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

I liked comfy beds, bathroom clean, breakfast very good and quiet. Also I liked the fridge inside the room.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking.

Cleanliness of the rooms and bar and restaurant, food was nice.

Cons:

Had a problem with the toilet in the room and couldnt use it if you needed to poo as the toilet was or seemed to be blocked but didn't realise till the morning was ok if you urinated but could hear the toilet seem to blow back reported it as we left so hopefully they sorted it out. Bar was expensive and food although it was ok and edible but not worth the money and everything has a service charge.

Overnight stay en route to visit family
Pros:

We were given room 6 which had lots grab rails in the bathroom and plenty of floors space in room, ideal for people with mobility issues. The shower was in the bath the only problem.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Convenient, good car park, clean modern rooms, good breakfast

Cons:

Wanted to call reception about something, went to use the rather 1990’s looking phone only for it not to operate whatsoever. Bathroom mirror was still fogged up an hour after shower….ventilation needs looking at in bathroom I think

Excellent stay, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable room, and attentive staff. The breakfast was very good too, with quite a few choices for the continental area. Small details, but the breafkast greens (green beans, edamame bean & spinach) were very appreciated.
The room was very functional, we counted at least 10 USB ports dotted across the room, ensuring we could charge our devices as needed.
The car park is quite large, and you can be in town very quickly.
