Reception staff .. understood our concerns
It was too noisy. I can literally hear everything from next doors and front top floor all night some one was doing *** and moaning sounds. I had small kids age 5 & 3 and my little one didn't sleep at all with all the back ground noises. Phew we were literally waiting for morning and we couldn't able to wait to get back to home and sleep.
With out asking they have given us connecting rooms.
We mentioned this to reception lady in the morning. Very generously she has offered us some discount and also gave us some loyalty points as well.

Room was clean, fresh and modern with a very comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and the gym was modern with great equipment. Food in restaurant was of a good standard.
Noisy non working aircon and price for food/drinks otherwise would have scored a 10/10
