Not bad
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was lovely too

Holiday inn Reading motorway stop
Pros:

We always stay here and usually room are good. Booked an extra single room.

Staff is amazing especially the guys at breakfast.
Kids want to come back just for the guy seating us.

Cons:

Toilet in single room was slow to flush and sink was slow to clear!
We had to pay for parking even though we had a blue badge.
Van seem to take up disabled spots.

Good hotel, lovely facilities, comfy rooms & great food.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfy.
Reception and restaurant had a really nice feel and atmosphere.
Facilities were good.

Cons:

I did suggest at checkout that in future, lone female guests should not be given a room that has a door to an adjoining room. I know the doors are locked from each side, but I could hear everything the guy next door was doing - his alarm, stirring his tea, sneezing etc - it was 6am and I kept waking up as it sounded like someone was in my room.
As a lone female traveller, hotels could be doing so much more to make me feel safe; including others things such as putting lone females at the end of corridors rather than in the middle of a corridor so they aren't conscious of others walking behind them as they open their door.
You just don't know the experiences people have had in the past (I have had strangers enter or attempt to enter my room twice), so anything you can do is appreciated.

Great location, nice and quiet, with lots of parking.
Pros:

Free parking for residents - which is very important when we stay in a hotel. There were USB ports for your phone in the room. You could open the window. The bed was comfy and it was nice a quiet. The rooms were nicely arranged with a small coffee table and chairs.

Cons:

I found the pillows a little hard and big, but hubby found them to be fine. Nothing else.

Family stay
Pros:

We stayed here to go to Legoland for a few days and had an amazing time, rooms were lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff were lovely. Service for breakfast and our evening meal were amazing.
I really want to give a shout out to Suleyman for his amazing service every morning at breakfast.

Would absolutely stay again, but would go for the smaller family room.
Pros:

We have stayed here previously and had a lovely room. We chose a larger room this time but sadly the room wasn’t as nice. It was quite cold in the room and lacked the cosy feel the previous room had.

Cons:

The heater didn’t work.
