Breakfasts great. Rooms clean and tidy and the WIFI is OK one you go through the Captive portal process.
The reception staff are extremely incompetent. Name is Sami. Asked for an invoice to my business account, which I reserved and booked the room through. They cant provide a simple invoice to my business and the address. Appalling service. Asked to speak with a Manager, but a Manager isnt available yet!!

Excellent stay! We stayed here to drive to Wembley stadium the next day for a concert. The drive to the concert was around 55 minutes. Absolutely perfect location for us. Great room, great parking and also Lidl, Burger King, Nando’s and fuel station really close by. Anytime we book for a concert in Wembley we will be staying here. Staff also friendly and accommodating. We also had the breakfast which was very good.
