The facility and staff were excellent. Especially Eva. My husband was using a wheelchair and she alerted the hospitality staff to our special needs. Everyone knew us by name and showed great care and concern to any small request. Many thanks to Eva and the rest of the staff.
The food was very disappointing. I wouldn’t have minded the price if it had been better. The breakfast buffet was very average. Coffee was below average and not hot enough. We chose not to dine in the expensive restaurants and ate pizza most nights. Very small cocktails for $27 each.
The room was spacious with an incredible ceiling. The view from the room is stunning, with access to bright blue water at your doorstep. The lagoon is full of beautiful fish. Staff are helpful , friendly and accommodating allowing late check out.
The room was serviced quite late, between 2.00- 3.00.
We recently celebrated our **25th wedding anniversary** at the Westin Bora Bora, and our stay exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. What touched us most was how everyone went out of their way to make our anniversary celebration truly special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality turned an already beautiful vacation into a memory we will treasure for a lifetime.
The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile and made us feel like valued guests.

It was beautiful We had an amazing mountain view from our room plus the deck with steps to the lagoon and infinity pool. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurants are very good.
I would have like to have a beer or two on the deck but cans or bottles were not available. I could have tried room service but did not.
