Pros:

Swimming Pool facility was a plus for kids, and breakfast buffet was a good spread.

Cons:

Sofa bed not very stable or ergonomic.
Mini fridge only had a pair of soft drinks can, two small bottles of water and a small kit kat. Not very pleasing considering it was our wedding anniversary and I had requested for something extra special for this stay.

Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

The lady on the desk was very supportive and help me to sort out my parking. The team member in the spa and gym facilities was very helpful.

Cons:

I wasn't informed about the food options for children. I'd have loved to know that children don't pay when an adult order a full meal from the bar/restaurant. It seemed that they were understaffed in the bar and restaurant areas.

It served it's purpose.
Pros:

The greeting upon arrival was good and we were pleased to be able to get there early, park in the car park and go to the beach before checking in at 3pm. The room itself /beds were fine. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking in car park and outside.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny, pool/spa disappointing and a little grubby. Breakfast - food adequate at best, the team were so short staffed and had to clear our own table, because every table had something on it. There was no orange juice and there were issues with the coffee machine.

Room very comfortable and clean although I think larger people would struggle in the tiny bathroom
Pros:

Didn't like it. Had the continental. I didn't like that the marmite peanut butter sauces etc were not in individual portions its a health hazard.

The service wasn’t very good at all. Not enough staff and it was difficult to get things, food drink things for the room. Everyone was nice though.

Great budget hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff

Cons:

It was really hot. No aircon. Window didn’t open much and there was only one small fan available for our whole family. Breakfast time everything seemed to go wrong. Coffee machine broken, Nutella machine broken. Ran out of food. Understaffed. But the staff tried their best and made the experience as best as they can.

Just the hotel we needed
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very efficient and easy system to order taxis.

Pros:

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, für jeden was dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Badewanne hat einen sehr hohen Einstieg, der vor allem nach dem Duschen beim Aussteigen gefährlich und rutschig ist.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber direkt neben einem großen Park.
