Pros:

Helpful friendly staff
Confusion over air con not working in some parts of the hotel. A fan was offered in the restaurant for evening meal.

Cons:

Around the Shower base and sliding glass shower panel doors needs a deep steam clean. Build up of mould and scum. Needs attention.

No air conditioning Booked here because it had it. Wasn’t told by Steven on reception that it wasn’t working until after I’d checked in and been given key card. If I’d been told sooner I’d have gone elsewhere. Poor food choices off an already limited menu I had to have my fourth choice due to unavailability

enjoyed Portsmouth but the hotel needs to train it staff and ensure all facilities are working.
Pros:

located near the beach and nice walk to the town centre

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working, TV was not working and the room was too small for a double bed. Some of the staff were professional. Others clearly didn't want me there.

Location is good, food and bar good, pool and sauna good

Cons:

The room description states it has air conditioning but the room and other rooms in hotel as spoken to other guests do not have ac. There was an error message on the ac panel and it didn't work, so room was 28°c + with a small desk fan, very uncomfortable almost impossible to sleep more than 1 to 2hrs at a time without coming down to reception. Whete ac is on and very cold. Restaurant is offically open at 6pm but staff are very obstructive if you want to dine and have a barrier half across it as if to prevent you from using it. No hot tub access as boiler broken an unclear use of pool when an aqua fitness class in action so not sure whether to get out, pay or sit and wait.

Pros:

Aircon was not working. We weren't informed prior to arrival nor at check in..

We still await the agreed 50% refund..

Very poor...

Cons:

No aircon, I had to resort to sleeping in my car following a panic attack due to the extreme heat. We were unable to open the window.

Excellent value for money and comfort.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Well equipped and furnished well.
Breakfast was a decent standard and hot. Bar was a little limited on the zero alcohol drinks but otherwise an excellent stay. Added bonus of good fans in the rooms on the exceptionally hot weather.

Cons:

I have no complaints.
