I had a wonderful time with this being my first international visit from the US. The location was fantastic, the pool and hot tub were great, breakfast and dinner were fantastic and i love having everything fresh made on site. Even though it was during one of the many UK heat waves, being able to jump in the pool or go down to the pier for some ice cream was a great way to beat the heat. We had our meals included in the price and we made full use of that, it was also nice to have the option of using the included menu or having a limit that could be used on the main menu.
The AC being out, but we knew going in that it was having problems and we had brought with us means of beating the heat as well as using the provided fans. the rooms get cleaned at slightly odd times as well but once we learned the routine we were able to plan our days more effectively.
It was in a good location
I didn’t sleep all night room 014 the generator was outside the window. All night droning in my ears the only space that was quiet was the bathroom.
Location was ok.
Food at breakfast not replenished, chairs were dirty, coffee machine not working.
One lift not working for our 3 day stay .
Room not particularly clean.
Parking , was ok if you could find a spare place, if not you had to park in thr road but you could get a permit from reception.

Hotel is dated
Comfortable bedroom and bed. Lovely shower. All areas of hotel were clean and tidy although a little dated in bar and restaurant area. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Only one lift was working which meant a long wait if you were on the 6th floor. Also a floor number sign on wall opposite the open lift doors would be helpful if there were people in lift needing different floors.
Buona la posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla Spinnaker tower, camera pulita, bagno piccolino ma pulito. Colazione buona ed abbondante.
Sconsiglio di fare la mezza pensione, offrono pochissime scelte dal menù, praticamente sempre le stesse cose.

I found the lift very narrow as were the hotel room doors, I struggled to get a double pram through. Other than that, great!
We chose this hotel because it had AIR CON and its location. When we got there it was not working. There was a fan in the room which was useless. On speaking to staff this had been like this on and off for 3 years. We will never stay at this hotel again.
The Hotel needs a good refurb. We stayed on level 5 NO Air Con level 6 had Air Con reception had Air Con. The breakfast area was to hot and sit and enjoy your breakfast it was eat it fast and leave.
Exceptional value for money ,Location position and facilities are great.

The breakfast was ok, however as it was busy there was not enough staff to clean the tables etc and the buffet food to ages to be replenished.
