Great view and location.
Pros:

Great location and view. Good pool and spa facilities.

Cons:

Slamming doors due to people letting them close without stopping them slamming. A common problem in most hotels due to fire door regulations.
Bathroom was very small.

Overall ok, good view from room, air conditioning inadequate, bathroom too small for a premier room
Cons:

Had to kerping requesting more supplies e.g milk, tea etc.
Car parking for guests difficult as shared with health club
members. Parking permits were available but not keen to
leave car on main road.

Comfortable hotel with excellent pool facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

Comfortable. Clean. Accepts pets. Pool facilities excellent. Very close to ferry terminal.Staff members were very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Their air conditioning was not working when we were there so it was quite warm at night but they had already informed us on arrival that they were trying their best to fix it. They did supply fans to help. Thank you.

Pros:

Sea view friendly staff

Cons:

Couldn’t get a Starbucks as always on a clean in evening and in morning can’t upgrade as stated on menu as closed! Coffee machine a nice idea but need de caf! Paid the extra for car park space then ended up in car park opposite they just paid for it! Pointless reserving lol x

Too hot
Pros:

Good location and staff

Cons:

No air conditioning in rooms, they were like a furnace. The air conditioning has been broken for sometime now. Many guests complaining and no sign of the company fixing it.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

Clean, lovely helpful staff and I. Close proximity to the beach.
Breakfasts were buffet style and food was delicious

Cons:

At the time we stayed the air conditioning had broken which wasn't ideal in the scorching summer we had, but the hotel had made the effort to supply rooms with a couple of fans

The staff were lovely and helpful. Very friendly

Cons:

The room was old. The carpet was rubbed bald near the door. The sink was dirty. The window sills had a dust covering.

The air con was broken in the room but not in the reception.

nice, comfy beds but couldn’t get a good sleep as rooms were to hot and came tired not refreshed, if i was there two nig

very nice lay out, clean and welcoming, nice facilities

Cons:

that there was no air con, i went to have two days break and relax and get some sleep but couldn’t even with fans it was to hot and uncomfortable, which ruined it.
