This was the most disappointing stay of the last 25 years on and off.
Pros:

The location is great. Easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Seems tired, breakfast items reduced, less friendly welcome than usual, selfish parking made the car park unusable, pool was freezing but no one told us before we went in

Very pleasant. Relaxing. Discovered buses nearby and such a reluef to be able to park my car and not worry about it.
Pros:

Was a nice hotel overall, weren’t told about the pool if we could use it etc.
Pros:

Location, clean, nice room

Cons:

Some staff not that friendly, didn’t feel that welcome. Obviously seemed stressed about other customers but not very professional to them take it out on the next customer.

Great hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

Welcoming staff and enjoyed the breakfast! Also appreciated the free drinks and snacks!

Cons:

The car park is very small and too tight! Also, the air con wasn’t working when we came. They had given us a fan which was nice but it was still hot.

Voor ons niet heel fijn hotel.
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitgebreid, kamer was redelijk ruim, badkamer was netjes, drankjes & koekjes op kamer hoorden bij de kamer.
Voor ons 1 nacht een tussenstop, zouden er zelf niet snel teruggaan.

Cons:

Redelijk oud hotel, muffe ontbijtzaal, slaapbank was niet opgemaakt voor onze kids, hele lange rij bij inchecken door nieuw systeem, als je bij de receptie contactloos betaald, voor het parkeren zie je niet wat je betaald, raam kon maar op een kiertje open, stond direct voor het raam een auto geparkeerd dus je moest al bijna het gordijn dichtdoen, wilde je je omkleden, beetje vreemd & onhandig allemaal.

Schmutzig, abgewohnt, überteuert und ein bisher unlauteres Verhaltend des Hotels dem Kunden gegenüber.

Nicht viel, die Lage ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Im Eingangsbereich war es schmutzig, das Mobiliar in dem Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. 200 Pfund pro Nacht sind eindeutig zu teuer. Während der Hitzewelle gab es in den oberen Stockwerken keine Klimatisierung. Das Zimmer war extrem heiß, das Fenster durften wir trotzdem aus Sicherheitsgründen nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen. Der Rezeptionist, Herr Muhammed, sagte uns beim Check-in und noch einmal beim Check-out eine Minderung (refund) von 50 Prozent zu, andernfalls wären wir in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Nun scheint sich Holiday Inn an die feste Zusage nicht mehr halten zu wollen, es ist auf einmal die Rede von einer Minderung um 25 Prozent, was einerseits zu wenig wäre und zum anderen nicht der getroffenen Vereinbarung entspricht. Eine Erstattung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Das nenne ich Betrug!
