Location, comfortable bed, shower easy to operate and powerful with good safety rails and food was good too.

Needs a refurbishment sooner rather than later . Room very dated , almost prior technology age . Only one plug in room to charge electronics we all have . Television was one I had twenty years ago. Come on IHG get it sorted you have a great product get it sorted
Clean and great location
The location was perfect for visiting Hull. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was immaculate. We had breakfast included and it was incredible. There was a good selection and a number of additional items you could order, like a stack of pancakes or porridge.

The location is great
It a hotel that is in need of a refit, carpets worn and stained, walls and paintwork all very tired and definitely in need of more than just a touch up. My Room 203, decor very worn, bathroom had cracked/patched sink, toilet cracks and a loose service area, shower not very powerful so my best option was having a bath which showed up the rust on bath handles and missing caps on shower attachments.
From the start: easy to find, parking on site, easy to sort out as all you do is enter your registration number when you check in.
Receptionist was lovely and check in easy.
Room was a good size, clean, comfy. All necessities were catered for. There was even a notice to let you know that if you forgot your razor for example, call reception and they would have a disposable one.
Breakfast room overlooks the Marina, so lovely views as you are eating.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in ever!
Not enough tea bags or milk, and no complimentary biscuits in the room.
But readily available (tea bags, coffee, milk) at reception to fill up.
We have stayed on a number of occasions at this property and always had a fantastic time, the staff and management are excellent at dealing with requests or concerns and always go that extra mile to accommodate.
It may be time to think about a general refurbishment, the bedroom we occupied is looking a little tired, but nothing to spoil the stay.The corridors are in need of some attention.
