Location perfect room was lovely staff were great
It has a pool, not the nicest pool, but better than no pool.

The location great very close to shops. The room was clean & comfortable. Bed was excellent!
Room was gloomy even during daytime as it had no natural day light. The lighting in room was appalling a few lamps in the corners. Only the bathroom was well lit. One Broken lift out of service for 2 days I spent there over the busiest weekend they have all year. Not enough staff on duty.
Good location for the reggae festival, clean, accessible, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

Staff were excellent as was the food.
Didn't realize where we parked wasn't part of the hotel..as result we got a fine of £50. Should be mentioned by staff when checking in.
AC in room was very poor however weather was boiling so hard cope with.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Its location in central Milton Keynes was excellent, as it was close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were always friendly and helpful; when we asked for an extension lead, they provided one straight away without hesitation. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to book an additional night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the following night.
The swimming pool was often crowded because of scheduled classes, so there was not much room for hotel guests to enjoy it. This was understandable, but it would have been nice to have some dedicated pool time for guests.
The location was great very near all the shops and room very clean
We couldn’t get a room with stand in shower, ours was a shower over bath, not great for me as I have recently had a knee replacement and it was not very good
I liked the size of the room, the size of the bathroom was nice, the room was big. I liked that we had a fan and ac unit too keep us cool.
There was no fridge in the room, would have been nice to have somewhere to store water to keep it cool. One of the windows was stuck open so we were no able to close it when it got cold at night. Only one of the lifts were working and being on the 3rd floor a lot of people were forced to use that one. No vending machine to buy a cool drink as there was no fridge as the drinks at the bar were quite expensive. Matress on the bed was very soft and bouncy.
