Pros:

Well maintained hotel

Cons:

I left a polo shirt in the wardrobe which was £90, so not an insignificant amount, and upon contacting the hotel they told me it wasn’t found. I assumed this had to be wrong as I left it hanging in the wardrobe so challenged this and surprise surprise it was then found. But really disappointing as it felt as though the person I was corresponding with didn’t take this seriously and it was just being dismissed. Not good customer service.

Cons:

Big expensive, thought £19 for sandwich, crisps and G&T bit steep

Breakfast good, but as buffet, plates should be warmed, soon goes cold on a cold plate

Milton Keynes pride weekend
Pros:

Upon arrival myself and a male friend found out we had a double bed. When I went to talk with reception and explained that we where work colleagues and I had book two single beds. She was kind enough to try and fund us a different room. The young lady found a family room and asked a colleague to make up the side bed. He was then very helpful and moved a few things round so we could have two single beds. I give the staff 10/10

I would say maybe a plug socket on the other side as well. My friend took the only bed with a plug socket
