Pros:

Very stylish interiors and in a lovely residential part of town. It’s great the property offers bike rentals and sauna.

Cons:

There were a few things that could use improvement, the AC was broken in our apartment for the entire stay and the hallways were not always clean.

A lovely quiet location with fabulous views.
Pros:

The views across the bay with regular motion of boats was glorious and the walk along the canal a standout. Travel to the city centre was also quite easy by bus and tram. If we were staying for more than 2 days we would have used the excellent kitchen set up.

Carino, ma trascurato.
Pros:

Estetica gradevole e posizione per noi perfetta, lontano dal caos.

Cons:

Una soluzione assolutamente sovraprezzata (non da +300€/notte). Usurata e non adeguatamente pulita. Ogni servizio extra si paga a peso d’oro, attenzione.

Pros:

We have stayed many times in past years. It’s been 2 years since our last visit. The people at desk were friendly as always.
Called for towels and robe and they were delivered promptly

Cons:

The room needs a refresh -rm 106 broken shades need repair
Poor coffee and less supplies in room than previous stays-had to refresh coffee pods daily
The laundry area needs attention
Washing machine had hair in rubber trim on door and dryer filter packed with lint and paper
Housekeeping needs to attend to this regularly

Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Localização , conforto, estrutura.

Cons:

As bicicletas eram antigas e grátis segundo a propaganda no booking, porém eles mudaram para outras bicicletas no meio da nossa estadia e passaram a cobrar 18 euros por cada a diária. Como havíamos fechado pelo booking sem sermos informados disso, acredito que o correto seria utilizarmos as antigas sem custo conforme havíamos sido informados.
