Great all round service and a lovely hotel.
Pros:

Great location and top class staff. Nothing was any problem

Cons:

Nothing it all worked really well. Breakfast was a little slow but we were 22 guests and it was lovely when it came.

Pros:

Our stay was great! The room was comfortable, including the foldout couch. We stayed in a suite and while the bedroom was a little tight, the bathroom was spacious. We also really liked the restaurant on-site. Great vibe, food, and service. It was a convenient option after a long day of travel, which we really appreciated.

Pros:

Had lunch and dinner which we enjoyed.
Liked the location as close to the free ferry.
Walk into city centre meant we explored a different area of Amsterdam.

Amazing hotel in a gorgeous location...but a little disconnected from the city centre
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous. It is tastefully decorated, clean, well-equipped with excellent facilities, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. The surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful stay with families.

Cons:

The hotel is in a beautiful part of Amsterdam, but is out of Amsterdam city centre. This would be fine if it were well connected by public transport. It isn't, so we ended up spending more than anticipated on taxi rides to and from the centre of the city.

Beautiful location and nice hotel.
Pros:

Quiet location away from the hustle, beautiful outlook over the water with gorgeous sunrises. A little walk into the main part of town, but enjoyable to see the canals along the way.
Breakfast was generous and abundant with usual euro offerings. Handy having a restaurant and bar on site, the outside area is lovely after a long day.

Las vistas de la habitación.
La cocina y utensilios muy bonitos, con nevera y con salón para poder descansar tomando algo

Cons:

El spa no tiene ningún tipo de bañera, piscina, hidromasaje ni nada por el estilo, solo las zonas de calor. Y una cosa para meter los pies en agua.
La mujer que había en recepción era muy fría y mo te explicaba nada. Los hombres un poco más amables

Pros:

Vista meravigliosa sui canali, possibilità di usare bici o di raggiungere la stazione centrale in 10 min di bus. Appartamento attrezzato con macchinetta e cialde nespresso. Palestra e sauna e barber corner. Cibo delizioso del ristornate, molto bello. Appartamento pulito e be attrezzato.

Cons:

per andare in bagno bisogna passare dalla camera da letto che è separata da porte scorrevoli, non da un muro in muratura, quindi poca privacy

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer tollen ruhigen Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr Zentral gelegen. Die Altstadt konnte Fußläufig in 15 min erreicht werden. Das Hotel liegt am Wasser in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

Cons:

Es waren zu wenig Möglichkeiten gegeben die Kleidung sauber zu verstauen. Ansonsten alles bestens.
