Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and good breakfast, comfortable bed. Perfect for a short break.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, slept really well. Lovely staff and great bar area. Perfect location as just across the road to where my son lives.

Cons:

No magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no shower cap. Room could do with hooks by door to hang coats on.

The standard is below par compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic, room size fine. The tables were small and only appropriate for 2 people. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was adequate free parking and free WiFi.

Cons:

Greater variety at breakfast, large bed, air-condition unit was very load. We could not sleep so had to turn it off. Even when we reported it, the technician could not fix it. The tables were not cleared quickly enough so could not get a table adequate for our needs.

The place was ok for a short stay.
Pros:

The studio apartment was spacious enough for 2 people. It was well maintained and adequate for our requirements during our stay.

Cons:

There were a lot of rules to be adhered to. The bathroom was very small, especially the sink. It was not easy having to keep cleaning with a bad back.

Nice place with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and the cost was ok

Cons:

Parking was crazy tight and very very full. I came back late and the parking was almost impossible, i just squeezed in between

Great hotel, great staff and good location, definitely recommended!
Pros:

Great staff, really friendly and made extra effort to welcome the children. Rooms air conditioned so comfortable even in the 30 odd degree heat! Room lovely and quiet so no disturbances. Couple of things in the room needed changing (fridge and hairdryer) and this was sorted immediately with no fuss and no inconvenience. Terrace outside by the bar would be a lovely place to spend some time. Good choices for breakfast and good food. An all round great hotel stay!

Cons:

In the bathroom the stopper for the door is right in the middle of the bit where you step out of the bath. If it were moved closer to the hinge side of the door it would still work but it'd be safer.

Home from home
Pros:

As an ex farnborough lad I remember going to the queens Hotel disco it’s always been an iconic hotel and even now it still holds its charm compared to other modernised hotels in farnborough. The staff are so friendly it’s like staying with family. I have stayed in other hotels when I’ve travelled back to farnborough including the Aviator but would not stay anywhere else but the Queens ( holiday inn )

Cons:

Its history and the fact it hasn’t been altered it’s the same hotel I remember as a child and I’m now 70

Slept well.
Pros:

Location, choice of room, assistance at check-in.
Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Choice of beer in the bar rubbish. No real ale on a pump😭
Noisy children in the corridor.
No muesli at breakfast, just branded cereal.
The bathroom in the "Disabled" room we had, was not particularly well designed. A low sided bath to climb into to shower was not that helpful. Given the size of the room a wet area might have been more appropriate. Also the heater seemed not to be working.
