Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel has recently been refurbished so everything seemed clean and modern, so a nice contrast with the lovely old Edwardian building, with stained glass windows on the stair case.

Cons:

The room was clean and tidy but I was right over the kitchen area with noisy fans and aircon units.

Excellent staff, everyone we met and served us seem very happy to be working there.
Pros:

Both dinner and breakfast food and service was excellent

Cons:

The bottom of the door frame in the bathroom of our room had damage probably caused by the continuous cleaning of the floor. This is a problem generally in most hotels but I feel should be reported and repainted!

Pros:

The location is perfect for exhibition. The room is nice, but the air condition is not great. No lift. In the reception building you can hear the steps of the gusts that are staying one floor above you. The breakfast is nice.
