This is my second visit. One of the best hotels I've every been to
Pros:

The executive lounge was very good value. Leisure centre with pool, sauna and well equipped gym. I also liked the viewing lounge on the executive level floors, offering panoramic view of the rainbow bridge

Cons:

There were some renovations happening during our stay so parts of the hotel where off limits

Pros:

Luxury hotel with comfortable bedding and they have a clean PJ to sleep in .the train station is within the hotel.

Just a little far from downtown. But it’s worth it.

A great location, lovely views, wonderful experience.
Pros:

A lovely base to experience Japan for the first time. Being right next to the train station and a 7-eleven was so helpful. Having a three single bed option for me and my two children was really valuable - you don’t see it often. Breakfast was lovely and the people were great. Loved the bathroom.

Cons:

If only there was a swimming pool!
