Pros:

Pros:

Very nice staff. Breakfast was okay, but you have to pay for gym and pool. Older hotel but rooms are very clean. Location is okay because it is close to a train that goes to central station but area around it is a little boring. Overall not bad but I think you have to really look at what location you want to be in Tokyo

excellent hotel, comfortable stay, nice views. A bit off the city center.
Pros:

location is very nice because it is close to the exhibition center - Tokyo Big Sight. also the view of Tokyo Bay is great.

However, it requires a train ride to the heart of the city such as Tokyo Station or Shinagawa, so spare 15 to 30 min for that.

Cons:

I am a vegetarian, so breakfast options were limited. But that is not hotel specific, that is the issue in Japan in general. Other than that, breakfast was complete.
