Les lieux (une déco alliant parfaitement tradition et modernité), l’accueil, l’extrême gentillesse des hôtes qui veillent particulièrement à votre bien-être. La direction, la réception, le voiturier, la femme de ménage, le personnel dans leurs 3 restaurants (aux saveurs très fines),… tout le monde est au petit soin pour vous. Ils mettent du cœur à vous offrir un séjour exceptionnel. Merci Meryem, Ismaël, Hassan,…
L’accueil le sourire et la disponibilité de tout le personnel du portier à la femme de chambre en passant par la réception et les serveurs au restaurant. Je reviendrai c’est certain nous avons passé une nuit et avons profité de la piscine et aussi du hammam. Merci pour l’accueil et pour le service personnalisé de la réception et du guest manager Adil à notre arrivée merci aux portiers et au personnel du spa aussi. Nous avons mangé le midi et le soir au restaurant avec mes deux enfants et la cuisine était raffinée et mes enfants ont super bien mangés. La chambre était propre agréable et nous avons eu de belles fleurs à notre arrivée dans la chambre, une gouvernante avec un service de qualité. La réception s’est chargée de nous réserver un taxi pour notre départ le lendemain à l’aéroport, le chauffeur était en avance et nous a conduit à l’aéroport avec le sourire et une belle convivialité. Tout le personnel était au top. Merci à tous et à très bientôt

Transfert aéroport tres mal organisé (pour un coût prohibitif de 500 MAD), salle de bain pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la chambre
