Séjour au top !
Pros:

Le palace est très joli, avec des chambres bien entretenues. De plus, le palace est bien situé.
Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou du côté des femmes de ménage, tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Et les plats au restaurant international étaient parfaits, et il y avait du choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Il manque juste un peu d’ambiance le soir.

Very nice hotel, close to everything
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, insight and outside. Very well positioned to visit the interesting places of Rabat. The room and the food were great but be careful, the prices are equivalent to Swiss prices (I come from Switzerland, I can compare). Staff and reception are very friendly and competent.

Cons:

The buffet at breakfast was a bit under average from what I experienced in the various palaces I staid. The toilets close to the bath with a glassdoor, so much for the privacy. The fact that the reception cannot book a taxi for you, it is again their policy. But they "offer" a private transfert at the cost of 500MAD. To note, we found a private transfert for half this price.

Excellent location, comfortable room and very good breakfast

Cons:

Had a light lunch at hotel on arrival. Big mistake. Very mediocre quality and grossly overpriced. Would caution against.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un établissement d’exception.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’élégance et le charme de l’hôtel, qui allie parfaitement le patrimoine marocain au confort moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement entretenues.

Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la qualité du service. Tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, attentif, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. On se sent accueilli avec une véritable hospitalité marocaine.

Un séjour parfait, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! L’hébergement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’accueil a été chaleureux, les hôtes étaient disponibles, réactifs et très sympathiques. L’emplacement est idéal et correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé. Je n’ai rencontré aucun problème durant mon séjour.
