Not bad but I personally would not pay that much to go back t
Pros:

Cleanest especially the bathroom
Breakfast was ok no many choices but I really like it the people who work there in the kitchen they were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The location and I think was pricey for that hotel
We paid to much for a small room

Easy walk from train station.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, not very filling. But staff very nice. We loved the lotion in the room for our dry, travel-weary skin! Thx! Hot tub closed too early for late train😞

Very convenient to the Bay and its offerings at a reasonable price.
Pros:

I picked it for the location and was not disappointed. Close to shopping, eating, and other activities.

Cons:

Four Points was great. Only thing I didn’t like, though Four Points had no control over, was the nearby Denny’s. Terrible place. So close for walking to breakfast but dirty, smelled, ugh.

I don’t know if I’d stay here again.
Pros:

I like the convenience of this location and its proximity to shopping.

Cons:

The room they gave me this time did not have a refrigerator or a microwave but the rooms I had in the past did? When I requested a refrigerator for my medication, they seemed annoyed that I asked. I was also given a room next to the elevator, I could hear the elevator banging against the wall all day and night. The aircon/heat in my room also did not work.

Staff were friendly and they didnt charge extra for parking!
Pros:

Loved the location and how it was a close walk to shopping and restaurants. The price listed for the room is what I paid. Not more for parking or additional fees but I dont know if that's a hotel or booking website thing.

Cons:

The pool access is only from the outside or through the café. Kinda of weird and embarrassing to walk through that to get to and from pool.

Also I didnt like how the sink/mirror is separated from the bathroom and how it faces the bed. If my husband is asleep and I need to use the mirror, it wakes him up.

Fraud
Cons:

When I checked in, I told the front desk that I would check out one day earlier. The front deck person said I simply needed to check out one day earlier and they would refund me one day's fee. However, when I checked out, the front desk refused to refund me and they refused to modify my reservation.
