A great place to stay. Great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Clean and really awesome style, concrete beige style. Rooms were quite spacious with large showers for Japan standards.
Lovely bar area where you can buy drinks or just sit and relax. A coin laundry, a water station and a lovely lobby with a coffee shop. They also had local artists selling things. Great location - short walk to hondori

A great place to stay - I would come back
Pros:

Really cool hotel, beige concrete wooden style. Coin laundry, drinks to purchase at the bar. Water station. Lovely staff. Coffee shop in the lobby. Super spacious room for Japan. Shower was large. Great location. I would certainly stay again

Room 305 is highly recommended for a family as it is close to the kitchen and lounge.
Pros:

The shared amenities were fantastic. We utilised the kitchen and the lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The arty designer vibe was appreciated. The planting and furnishings encouraged a relaxed stay. We also liked that musical and artistic contributions to she shared space were valued. Family room was just perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). The bathroom in particular was really spacious and functional.

Cons:

The pillows were too firm for our liking. Minimal natural light in our room.

Pros:

Fab building with cool character. The poolside bar is a wonderful restorational use of an old pool into a chill out bar and breakfast room.

Breakfast was unique and very lovely in a great setting.

Reception warm & helpful, have own batista on site.

Location very close to main sites, so easy to walk everywhere and toshops & bars.

And trams! Trams are nostalgic, and we love them

Cons:

Room was a tad tight, though adequate,, big bathroom.

Super leuke lokatie en perfecte ligging
Pros:

Goede sfeer, leuke ontbijt en borrel ruimte. Heerlijk ontbijt!

Cons:

Vrij kleine kamer voor 4 personen, twee futon en 2 gewonen bedden. Je kan op die manier echt geen koffer openslaan of neerzetten
