It was connected to the airport
This location is directly attached to the airport and is the perfect location.
The bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper with hardly any paper on either of them! I understand having a low level partial roll, but the other one should be fairly full. There would not have been enough paper for 2 people. There was a dirty sock just under the bed! I asked about a 1 hour extension to check out time since I had a 5:00pm flight the next day, nope, not really, check with the desk in the morning. I called down, the person gave a fairly abrupt response that the manager said no late checkouts and not even a “sorry we could not accommodate your request”. I stopped by to turn in my key cards and expressed my disappointment about not getting one extra hour of time - since check ins aren’t until 3:00pm this didn’t seem unreasonable! Then, when I wanted to let her know about the dirty sock and very small toilet paper she got irritated and said something along the line of “I’m really busy since my manager has told me I have to do a bunch of check-outs in a few minutes. This is unacceptable, it was less thann a minute to let her know of my “complaints” - I am the paying customer who deserves a minute of front desk time. I regularly stay at this hotel, this was the worst experience I have had and do not appreciate what I consider poor customer service.
