The staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic loved the buffet.
Charged me an early check in fee of 50 dollars which I've never paid anywhere else had no choice to pay it as we had nowhere to go with our luggage in the meantime being from out of town. Bed was hard and uncomfortable on a premium room. My wife didn't sleep well.
Near to metro station and restaurants, bed was ok
toilet -is cramped, showers are leaking, the elevators were making noise ( one was not working - under maintenance); No water in the room, no kettle , even the door was not closing properly

Very clean and friendly staff
Kids amenities like the arcade and bowling were run down and in disrepair. Over 10 arcade machines and most were broke and the other took your money and didn’t work
Definitely a huge disappointment
The bowling was $12 for an hour and worked for maybe 10 minutes

We were 1 adult and 2 children. The over $300 room only included breakfast for 2. I had to pay $22 for the third person to eat
Location. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast.
Parking a little awkward and tight to get into with a pickup truck, and entrance gate not positioned for ease of using the parking card; had to exit the vehicle to reach the scanner.
Also no elevator in parking garage so when leaving had to carry luggage up and down stairs (and front circle was occupied by a few cars so could not load luggage there).

When there was a problem staff helped out
My first room was a mess, located directly over the stage for a loud event, in which the setup even the day before and morning of stopped us from resting. In the room there was a loud constant buzz from the fridge, and the air conditioner was very loud turning on and off and couldn't be set to just stay on, leaving a loud, warm and disruptive sleep. On top of all that, the supplied hair drier given by the hotel blew the fuse in the room TWICE leaving me in the dark and needing to visit the front desk. After the first night stay, I was able to switch to a better room that did not have those problems, which was a great improvement.

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Central location to what we were doing.
Little freezer top for ice packs for journey home. More than 2 coffee pods for morning(4) preferably and 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Cleanliness, FRIENDLINESS of staff. Having enough towels or face cloths for number of guests reported. ''Breakfast included'' however only for 2 adults, when booking for a family of 4 is misleading. FINE PRINT is a deceptive method of doing this.
