Family weekend trip went great

A nice hotel that has lost its shine.
Pros:

In the past this was a very nice hotel. Not so much anymore. Feels more like a Motel 6 now.

Cons:

Maintenance is severely lacking. Dead plants, broken lighting and peeling paint. No included breakfast. Just not worth the price of staying here. So sad.

Will let me first say I didnt even get to state there at the hotel which lead me to stay in my car .
So I booked a room through booking .Com I paid,and got my confirmation when to the hotel to check in and the lady at the front n t desk said she didnt have e any rooms available, I then said no I have already booked a room she couldn't find my reservation in her system so I go back to my car get the confirmation # take it to the lady at the front desk to show her or prove to her I have paid and reserved a room she says nope ur not in the system and I dont gave anymore rooms so you have to call booking .Com and that was all she could tell me todo. Can't even believe this its now 9:30 pm with no room mind you i have my son with me. So I call booking.com and they tell me sorry we can refund you youre money but it wont be back on youre card for a few days so I was trying to not lose my" cookies" I ask them can they not refund me and just let me find a room at the same value on there site nope so long story short myself and my son ended up with no room that night .

Cons:

Dont know I didnt get to stay in my room that I reserved .and the front desk has no customer service .

Cons:

前台非常差，前台真的需要改进！前台没有发现booking订单，竟然让我重新付款，还不告诉我价格。在卡上刷了我283美金！

Excellent location for walk to Island Packers ferry
Pros:

Excellent location to be near the Island Packers ferry in Ventura. It was an easy and pleasant ~20 min walk along the marina to get to the ferry for the morning departure. The staff at the hotel kindly held my extra luggage while I was out on my day trip to the islands. If you arrive by train (Pacific Surfliner), the walk to the hotel is ~3 miles (5 km) from the Ventura station and is an easy flat walk, along the beach and quiet residential area. Uber is also available, which I used on my return.

Cons:

No issues.
