Pros:

Good location . Nice pool Jacuzzi area.

Cons:

not crazy about the breakfast options. The brunch items were didn’t appear to be very fresh except for the as you order omelette.

Will happily stay there again!
Pros:

It appeared each room had a small patio area so that you could sit outside and appreciate the ocean breeze. Because it is an older property, the gardens and plantings are large and mature. It lent the whole outdoors like a much more expensive resort hotel.

All in all it was fine.
Pros:

The Location is wonderful.

Cons:

The beds were old and uncomfortable!! I thought since we used Booking.com and didn't book direct with the hotel we were treated differently. For instance, my sister was staying for 1 night (we stayed for 3 nights) she was given a snack bag with goodies in it and vouchers for breakfast when she checked in we were not even told about breakfast and got no goodies.

How can we be assured that we don’t have to walk so far to the room before we register?

Cons:

It wasn’t the property itself. It was the location of the room, especially since me and my sister are both in our 80s and I am regular have handicap and trouble walking distances. He would’ve thought that the fact that I wanted handicap access that they would’ve given us a room closer to the elevator.

overall it was nice hotel and location
Pros:

the property overall was nice .. there’s a nice pool, tennis courts, enclosed hot tub. Check in was good. I have a small dog and this hotel allows pets and there was a nice grassy area right out patio door. Screen door was off tracks and needs repair and the room was really not clean well at all.

Cons:

room was not very clean well. empty sugar packets for coffee and one creamer .. ugh.. it’s the little things that make a stay extra special.

I will find another hotel next time due to the parking fees
