חדר נקי
ביום שישי, 31.7, שעת פינוי החדר המקורית הייתה 11:00. מאחר שנכנסנו למלון בשעה מאוחרת מאוד, קיבלנו אישור מפורש להישאר בחדר עד השעה 12:00.
בשעה 10:45 לערך, כאשר אני נמצאת בתוך החדר ומתלבשת, התרחש אירוע חמור ומקומם שאני מתקשה להבין כיצד יכול להתרחש במלון ברמתכם.
ללא כל דפיקה בדלת, ללא צלצול, ללא הודעה מוקדמת וללא קבלת רשות – אדם מטעם המלון, ככל הנראה מאבטח או איש שירות, השתמש בכרטיס מאסטר, פתח את דלת החדר ופשוט נכנס פנימה.
בתי, שהייתה במקום, ביקשה ממנו מיד שלא לפתוח את הדלת והבהירה לו כי אמה מתלבשת בחדר. במקום להתנצל, לסגור מיד את הדלת ולצאת, הוא הודיע לה שאנחנו “צריכות לצאת מהחדר”.
בתי ניסתה לסגור את הדלת והסבירה לו שיש לנו אישור להישאר עד השעה 12:00, אך למרות זאת הוא המשיך לפתוח את הדלת ולדרוש מאיתנו לפנות את החדר.
מבחינתי מדובר באירוע בלתי מתקבל על הדעת ובפגיעה חמורה בפרטיות ובתחושת הביטחון של אורחת בתוך חדרה הפרטי
