The location
The staff was terrible. Our door was broken the whole time and they kept saying they’d fix it. Never did. We literally couldn’t close our door. When i asked for the manager she was always “busy”. We were there for 8 days.

La piscine c’est tout simplement une baignoire avec de l’eau à - 50 degrés les moquettes sont horriblement usées et chose incroyable l’hôtel 5 étoiles filantes n’a pas de parking pour une nuit il faut payer minimum 150 shekels de parking

מיקום מעולה, ניקיון וצוות קבלה מסייע. חדר רחצה מצויין מקלחת מתקדמת וראויה. יש בחדר מקרר קטן וקומקום.
הבריכה קטנה ולא מתוחזקת כנדרש. אבנים מתפרקות, זכוכית שפונה לים מזוהמת. החדר הפנימי קצת קטן.
ביום ספציפי הבריכה הייתה סגורה ונפתחה רק בשעה 12.

If you want to sleep, don’t look under the sheets.
If you want to walk barefoot, don’t move the rug and discover the hidden world underneath.
The AC didn’t work — in August! The hotel offered no real solution, not even a fan.
The pool was crowded with drunk guests and felt completely unwelcoming for a family, especially with a baby. For us, it was also a safety concern.
Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and response from the hotel were far below what we expected.
If you’re traveling as a family, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

מלון נקי, נעים מריח טוב ומעניין ממש. המיקום פצצה סמוך לחוף ולרחוב אלנבי. הצוות שמח לעזור ואדיב מאוד וארוחת הבוקר מדוייקת וטעימה ונותנת תחושה של מלון בוטיק.
הבריכה קטנה מידי וזה שאין אפשרות לארוחות ערב אבל חוץ מזה הכל מעולה ואנחנו בטוח נחזור
