יחס מזלזל לאורחי המלון, לא נהנים לבקשות אנשים, כמו למשל שלבקש צלחת חד״פ הפך לבקשה חצופה שצעקו עלינו בגללה
בנוסף אגיד שהחדר היה תקול והאורות בו לא כבו אז ישנו עם אורות דולקים, וכשקראנו לקבלה קיבלנו את התשובה אין לי מה לעשות תסתדרו מחר כשתלכו יסדרו את זה, ככה לא מקבלים שירות, ככה לא מגישים חדר לאורח, לא עם עובדים כאלה שקמים בבוקר עצובים וכועסים לעבודה, מקום אכזבה, שמעתי מלא ביקורות טובות ולא אחזור שוב, היחס הכי מזלזל שחוויתי אי פעם במלון

Cons:

There is no access to a cab or other transportation directly in front of the hotel's main entrance; guests have to walk with their luggage to a side street.

Great experience, Needs a few service tweaks!!
Pros:

I loved the concierge and hotel staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff was very accommodating with all of our requests. The doormen and head of security were the best overall. The room was cozy, great view and location. Hotel was quiet through the day.

Cons:

One French receptionist (older male) wasn't very welcoming and was condescending. He made our check-in very uncomfortable. The closets in the room needed a light dusting and the room floor needed to be thoroughly swept, mopped, and SHINED (there were several black scuff marks on the wood floor.)
