The Location was good, it's surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. A very secure hotel and 24 hrs complimentary coffee in the lobby is a bonus. The airport shuttle wasn't working, they gave us a taxi for free.

We had difficulty when calling the hotel from the courtesy phone at the airport. We kept calling and no one picked up.
We needed the courtesy bus to go to the hotel
In the end my daughter called from her own phone and we got the bus, had to wait another 20 minutes
The in house phone in our room did not work, it was not plugged in and we couldn’t call the front desk. Reported it when we checked out
Noticed several mould patches in the shower, between the tiles. Not difficult to remove but not done
Staff were really really great, it was clean, I realize it’s a stopping point between destinations for most, but some updates are sorely needed
It was really really dated. Obviously a lot of foot traffic, it had dings in the walls furniture was stained , dirt on the windowsill.. it was clean! Just needed some tlc

The shower was very dirty. And there was a lot of dust in the room—it was terrible. The room was dirty.
Staff were okay and the room has been updated relatively recently. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking business to many shops and local restaurants.
The room was dirty. It looked like it is never properly cleaned. There were stains/food splatters on the bedding and splatters of what I assumed to be food on parts of the walls. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they did change the bedding, but not the lower skirt on the beds, which was were much of the mess was. There was mold in the shower and a layer of dust/grease on the bathroom light switch. The latch on the window was broken and the window could not be locked. The HVAC filter in the room was caked in dust and had not been changed in 2 years (per the date recorded on the filter).
Close to the malls n public transportation
The location was good - in walking distance of the Canada Line. The transport service to the airport was very helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Staff were helpful and we could leave our bags in a locked room after checking out of the room.
The shower water became extremely hot when the knob was turned slightly.
Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft
The coffee maker in my room did not work - I put water in it, and it leaked all over the counter.
