Quiet and comfy.
Pros:

Room was great and comfy. Front desk staff we very nice and helpful. The airport shuffle drive knew the shortcuts and got us to airport in record time.

Cons:

20.00 Breakfast.

Staff friendly but not helpful. Could not get a coffee as there was no staff. Housekeepers not friendly, limited English speaking.

Great location for me.
Pros:

The location very good for me with the tours pickup spot right outside the hotel. So many eateries nearby. Also very convenient with the free shuttle to and from airport.

Pros:

Perfect location for the airport, a spacious and comfortable room perfect for me when I arrived with severe jet lag, in a good location to get the air train into Downtown Vancouver for the evening! The staff were very friendly and helpful allowing me an early check in as my room was ready, which was very much appreciated after a 15 hour flight.

Close to airport + shuttle ✅ Late check in and no room service may have me look elsewhere.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Reliable and free shuttle service.

Cons:

Check in is too late and early check in not available. Flight arrives at 11a.m and no where to go. No room service. At this price point, with a working kitchen onsite, there should be room service. Travellers are tired. Only one face cloth available in my room.

Not worth to stay if you need to pay over $250/night.
Pros:

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

Cons:

The buidling is getting old and the facilities are clear evidence of this. Hot water does not appear until 5 minutes after the tap is turned on. The sliding door to the bathroom is an adventure. Could not open it in the middle of the night and therefore had to use the facilities in the gym. Took me a while to figure out how to open the bathroom sliding door. Again, because it it getting old.

Great stay, would come again.
Pros:

We just needed an airport shuttle after our cruise and then found this property in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown area. Great Dim sum in the environs and very walkable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shuttle got us there on time
