Para usar la piscina hay que pedir permiso, además la piscina es extremadamente fría, perolo peor es que para que arreglen la habitación debe solicitarse, se supone que ese debe ser un servicio del hotel.
Por otro lado nunca pudimos conectarnos a internet, teníamos tres teléfonos diferentes y en ninguno de los tres funcionó.
The hotel was spacious and the front desk staff were very nice.
My room was really humid and damp. It made my hair frizz up immediately and all of the clothes I brought with me became damp. I got home and unpacked and could feel that everything was still damp from the room.
The sheets didn't fully stretch over the mattress and had little rips in them. I still slept on them, but for over $200 a night in a small town, I would expect sheets without holes and air conditioning that actually dehumidifies so I don't have to air out my belongings when I get home.
Lower price for the room
Great hotel in Leominster. Was a family gathering picked for its central location to all people attending. The lobby is large with a great bar/restaurant inside the hotel. Room is comfortable, not the best black our curtains but a good night sleep regardless. Shower had good pressure. The pool is a bit odd as they wanted you to check in and reserve a time. Not sure if this was due to a few weddings that seemed to be happening at the time of our stay but a bit odd as the room key doesn't access the pool. We were able to reserve a time within a few mins and again I think it's just a numbers game for the hotel. Would recommend staying here!
The staff was friendly & helpful. the location was good for what we needed.
The bathtub had a permanent dark stain around the bottom. When you turned on the shower, there was still more water coming out of the lower faucet than the showerhead. The water pressure was awful. The toilet was hard to flush. when we reported this to the staff, they sent someone to clean the tub, but this was not something that could be cleaned, and they needed a plumber. The room was either too hot or too cold, even when adjusting by one degree. For the price we paid, I expected better. If it wasn't so expensive, I probably wouldn't complain.

The front desk personnel were very professional and friendly.
I went to make coffee and there was almost a cup of water in the water well in the back of the machine. The ice bucket had dust on the cover. There was a hook missing on the inside of the bathroom door and when you flushed the toilet, there was 3-5 bird chirp sounds. These were not typical of Hilton Hotels!!!!
Location is great. Food was great .
The price. It was way overpriced. For the weekend we were there , it was hard to get a room because of soccer tournament, and the rooms were expensive

The lobby is very nice.
One woman was friendly, I wish I knew her name so she could get the recognition. Most of the staff wasn't very friendly at all for working at a hotel. The rooms weren't horrible, but could be cleaner!! The tub is stained. My son wanted to use the pool one day, and we got told due to maintenance, he wasn't able to use it until 5pm. Sorry, but I didn't find it worth the money!!
