良いところと悪いところがそれぞれあるが、値段を考えると満足度は高いです。
Pros:

ミュンヘン中央駅から徒歩で8分ほどの場所にあります。隣にスーパーが入ってる施設があり滞在中私たちは何度も自炊しました（日曜日にはスーパーが閉まってるので注意）。外食が高く、そんなに興味がそそられるものもないのでキッチンがついてるのはありがたかったです。

低層階の部屋でしたが防音は問題ありませんでした部屋の掃除は数日の滞在ではありませんが、バスタオル、トイレットペーパーなどは交換してくれます。

朝食会場ではいつでもウォーター、コーヒー、紅茶が飲めるもの嬉しいサービスです。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。

Cons:

朝食の種類がとても少なく毎日同じメニューなので2日目には飽きます。

EVが一台しかなく階段も使えないので待ち時間が発生する場合があります。

洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ2台あります。洗濯機は2€。乾燥機は無料です。それぞれ2台しかないのでいつも稼働しており競争率が高い。ここで洗濯を考えている人は時間に余裕をもってください。

Wir hatten einen schönen gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es war alles bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ; das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich , Frühstück war sehr gut und die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr entspannt und das Personal sehr freundlich … wir kommen gerne wieder

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

On entering everything was as shown in the advertisement. It was quiet, fresh and comfortable.
The breakfast room was well set out. The food was varied and tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
