المكان كويس بس بعيد عن المحطة الافطار لا باس

الموظف فرات قليل ادب و اسلوبه عنيف اللحاف ماكان نظيف ولما طلبت منه يغيريها قال ليش ماطلبتيها من اول باسلوب سيء مع العلم بعد مادخلت بكم ساعه النظافة وسط و بعيد عن اقرب محطة مترو و ترام النظافة وسط الحمام ما كان نظيف

Pros:

What i mostly like were the reception staff, they were kind and helpful.
The room was spacious and the Kitchenette matched our expectations

Cons:

So far I rated good+ , so now for the cons - breakfast was not so good, i would rate it 7.5
no lobby (or normal lobby) in the hotel and no bar.
