buena pero comenzo con una dificultad cuando vi la habitacion sin la mesa con sus dos sillones

las fotos de la habitacion que contrate no son las que corresponden
ejemplo muestra una mesa con dos sillones y cuando me entregan la habitacion no estan y para obtener lo de las fotos tube que abonar un extra de 640 dolares total por todas las noches

Una buena estadía, nos habría gustado habitación con balcón.

La ubicación y la cercanía a la playa. Las camas muy confortables

Cons:

El día sábado 23 de mayo no hicieron el aseo de la habitación(no cambiaron toallas húmedas, etc), aunque avisamos en la tarde en recepción que no se había realizado.
La habitación estuvo desocupada, toda la mañana, sólo estuvimos de 15:00 a 16:30 en la habitación.
El lunes encontramos a la encargada en el piso, le solicitamos que por favor hicieran el aseo, se realizó , pero no repuso el café correspondiente a ese día

my second room.

My original room was very loud. I think this is not acceptable in this category. There was a machine under my window. The reception was very helpful. But in my opinion that room is not for sale.

The place is comfortable for families with kids, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet. Although the food was the same every day, it was still okay.
Some reception staff could improve their communication with guests. During check-in and check-out, some employees spoke Spanish with their coworkers, which made guests feel uncomfortable and confused about the situation.

Cons:

The beach had somewhat old and uncomfortable chairs. It would also be great if they provided a food and drinks menu at the beach, similar to the service available at the pool.
