I enjoyed my stay, but the shower room needs to be taken care of

The shuttle was clean the driver was calm a gentleman he helps with.my.luggage

Cons:

The bathroom was overflow with water l had to use the towel to stop the water from goinginto the room, that needs to be repaired, i called no body came to my help

Not the best stay. Holiday Inn experience was better at the beginning of our holiday.

Room was sufficient for our needs.

Cons:

Carpets did not appear clean. Maybe it was just the colour choice. Cleaning staff were very noisy. Conversations in the hallway could be heard at 8am which was early after arriving at the hotel at 1 am due to a late flight. Confusion over if breakfast was included due to poor explanation in Booking.com app.

Pros:

Good location for airport shuttle worked well staff all friendly and helpful comfortable bed only negative the room was nearby the elevator shaft and the noise from the operation of the system disturbed the sleep everything else was good
