Vehicle got stolen, very common for new makes and models. If you have any vehicle of value do not stay here.

Room Service ws tasty but they could bring plates to eat off, even paper plates would be nice.
We loved our cleaning staff. The lady who took care of our room while we were there made the stay positive. She deserves recognition

i dont like the receptionist on that day , he is not giving proper service and not explaining anything to us about room ,which floor like that. his attitude is too bad.This is not the right way to provide proper service to costumers.

Lovely hotel and pool area.
The wait time for shuttle. Far to long waiting when you have come off a long flight. Driver was friendly, but just too long.
If not careful others will jump in before you.

Não passaram pra limpar 3 dias e nem recolher o lixo do banheiro e nem repor o café do quarto e nem trocar toalhas , eu não achei legal ! Pelo porte do hotel não deram importância eu tive pedir pra levar o lixo

One of the elevators does not function correctly it takes you to the wrong floor and was confirmed by staff that it "has a mind of its own."
A staff member knocked on the room door at 8:30pm repeatedly saying they were maintenance. Which was not requested by myself and I heard him going around to other rooms saying he was maintenance and that they were just checking if the rooms were occupied.
The staff member at the front desk, Sahi, was rude and dismissive also did not give a cookie as they advertise.
