Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. 2 Personen des Personals waren nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Vor dem Bad war der Teppichboden nass und es roch. In der Dusche war Schimmel und an einer Stelle löste sich der Deckenputz. Das Wasser aus der Dusche enthielt Partikel.Die Badetür war unten gerissen und schwarz. Die Fenster waren schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Das Abendpersonal war ausgefallen, so dass ein Gast die Bar übernehmen musste. Gäste die einchecken wollten, konnten nicht in die Zimmer, so dass bis kurz vor 24 Uhr Krach auf dem Gang war.

Der Herr vom Nachtdienst war sehr nett und hat spätabends noch Tee für uns organisiert.
Pros:

Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist eher speziell, aber sobald man reingeht findet man ein kleines „gem“. Die Lobby ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Durch die Nähe zur Olympiahalle war es für uns perfekt. In die Altstadt braucht man mir der Ubahn ca 20min. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. In direkter Nähe hat man ein paar Geschäfte und Cafes.

Cons:

Die Austattung war teilweise schon abgewohnt und der Matrazenschoner war fleckig aber generell war es sauber. Housekeeping hat bereits um 8 Uhr früh mit den Türen geknallt. Man hat uns beim check-out leider nicht gefragt, wie unser Aufenthalt war.

Pros:

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable mattress; the bathroom was stocked with shower gel, soap, and towels. We stayed on the 13th floor and enjoyed a beautiful view of the BMW Museum and the Allianz Arena. The staff was skilled and helpful. Excellent location—just 5 minutes from the metro and the BMW Museum—within a complex that includes a supermarket, a café, and a pastry shop.
Very satisfied with the accommodation; a perfect 10.
