The shower didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The bathrooms were dark. The bed was lumpy. The walls had been painted but paint was all over the carpets and the carpets were old and worn.

I was traveling with minor a no microwave, no mini fridge, no water fountain to refill water. The light in the bathroom was not good and the sink was clogged. The bath tub was broken. The TV was not working properly and location of tv need to be elevated to see the TV from beds.

That parking is a separate charge not included in the booking price

Reception refused to exchange any currency for me

Key cards randomly stopped working. When reception was told about that they basically told me it was my fault and that it got demagnetized. Yeah, both cards carried by separate people demagnetized simultaneously. No, what probably happened is they scheduled my room's access cards incorrectly and they were disabled a day early.

Despite putting the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside doorknob, we came back to housekeeping in our room. I was not pleased with this at all.

Walking through the building it's obvious that many repairs were done poorly by people that had no idea what they're doing. I am a contractor- all of this jumps out at me and it does not give a good appearance.

Oh, and there was a blood stain or something on the side of the mattress on the nightstand side. Room 315. Made me not want to even lay in that bed again

You have to pay to park your car? Was i supposed to stay here but keep mg car somewhere else? Its $25 plus tax. And then theres a $4.99 facility fee after youve already paid for your room.... what facilities should be extra ? Especially if you advertise that booking a room includes use of gym and pool (the facilities) . You get a $15 gift card for ihop, but those prices are majorly inflated! The ihop 2miles away chatges $18.99 for eggs Benedict and heres its $24.99 ? So you dont get any discount at all. Paying to park at the hotel you just paid to stay at is ridiculous. Thanks.

Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay
Dear Ramada by Wyndham Management,
I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
To begin with, our check-in time was 4:00 PM, but despite arriving after a long journey, we were asked to wait approximately an hour before receiving our room keys. This was frustrating, especially after traveling a considerable distance and expecting the room to be ready at the promised check-in time.
Another concern was the parking fee. We were charged $35 for parking in addition to the room rate of approximately $90. The parking fee felt excessive and significantly increased the overall cost of our stay.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room itself was also disappointing. The carpet was wet throughout several areas of the room, to the point that our socks became damp while walking around. There was also an unpleasant odor in both the room and the bedding, which made it difficult to feel comfortable.
In addition, the coffee maker did not have water available, the bathroom tissue holder was broken and repeatedly fell off, the room lighting was inadequate, and the air conditioning was not cooling effectively. Overall, the room appeared poorly maintained.
We chose not to request a room change because our time was limited, and we did not want to spend our stay dealing with additional inconvenience. Instead, we tried to make the best of the situation and completed our stay as planned.
When guests pay for a hotel stay, they do so expecting comfort, cleanliness, and a chance to relax. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations.
Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.
