Très proche des chutes mais probablement d'hygiène.
Pros:

C’était proche des chutes, à seulement quelques minutes de marche, et le personnel était serviable. Cependant, la propreté laissait à désirer.

Nice hotel for a visit to the falls
Pros:

Reasonable location. Comfortable room with a nice big bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was provided by an outside company (in the hotel) and I thought it was expensive for what was on offer.

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged an additional fee when I checked out because I had booked via booking.com instead of booking directly with the hotel. Whilst this was not a significant amount, it was a real surprise and I would not use the hotel again on principle.

Wouldn't use booking again
Pros:

They didnt have my booking number it took 30 minutes to figure out my booking number and that I already paid for the room.
I requested a rollaway bed which was priced at 10$ a day extra. They confirmed the request before I got there to check in.
When I checked in they didnt have the rollaway bed request. They charged me 20$ each night for the rollaway bed.
When I booked the room on booking it said parking was included.
I had to pay 25$ a day extra for parking.
I paid for the room in full yet they still demanded 100$ security deposit when we got there. In which they only gave back 10$. Because of the parking and rollaway bed prices

Customer service was great. Staff was great.

Cons:

I just didn't like certain things like staff using my bathroom and learning unlike things in the toilet n cloging it. Cleaning person just left it without un cloging it. I never had to complain until this stay.
